Nestled on your own island, you are near 3 nature preserves perfect for walking, biking, sightseeing, and kayaking all just outside of the community.

One Particular Harbor at Margaritaville is a beautiful, lush, luxurious gated community that offers pristine resort amenities. Short term stay (less than one month) amenities include free WIFI, covered parking, heated pool, children's play area, splash zone, and a grilling area with picnic tables. A marina with wet and dry boat storage is adjacent to the property and available for an additional fee. Long term stay (one month or longer) amenities ALSO include access to the $4.2 M waterfront beach club. Sitting on the inter-coastal waters, it boasts amazing sunsets and a huge heated resort-style pool. Enjoy the live entertainment, Sky Bar Restaurant, 4200 sq. foot fitness center. Your long term experience also allows you access to three additional heated pools, a fire pit gathering area, yoga lawn, kayaks, and 2 kayak launches. Enjoy nature at every angle as well as lush, well-kept island landscaping as you walk/run on the many paths throughout the community and around the lake.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located on the backside of the condo. The master bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a 50' Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are located on the front side of the condo. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and a 50' Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a 50' Smart Tv and a full bathroom just down the hallway.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with a private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
