Review

The property management company needs to take better care of this property. Both trash cans in the garage or a 1/2. Full so the garage stunk okay. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper, and there were no extra paper towels. At night, time on the patio, we had to fight off the cockroaches, so you need to do it better. A spray job. We did have a lot of fun.Those are just a few things.I think you need to be aware of

Had a great time!

We had a great time. The location is quiet and close to commercial sites (grocery store, etc.) but away from the congestion of St George. The Condo was clean, stocked with all the necessities and had plenty of space for our group of eight to spread out. Having the pool across the street was a plus for the younger kids. We recommend this Condo and Ocotillo Springs.

House was clean and you guys were very responsive when asked a question. Didn't love that the house next to your rental was loud all night, but you did try to help us out. Also, gave us a late check out. Overall it was a nice stay.

Very Good Unit 69

The only thing was my husband just was not used to a soft bed, and the other beds were harder than what they were used to. My adult children. You never know when you sleep somewhere other than your bed. I did appreciate the quick response via text very much when I had any questions. The hottub and back porch was amazing. And I enjoyed baking bread in the kitchen. The bikes were not usable because of tire rot unfortunately. I was overall very happy with the place it was beautiful organized and very clean. Thank you. We will definitely work with you guys again.

Home as lovely as advertised

The pictures tell the story. Beautifully appointed condo in a very nice neighborhood. I love the location in Ivins near Tuacahn Ampitheater. Jacuzzi on the back patio was very nice and the community pool and spa were also clean and well kept up. Everything we needed was on site and the bicycles were a nice touch! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Overall great place

I gave this condo a 4 because the items that renters are complaining about seem to be consistent and changes don’t seem to be being made. I feel that this place could easily be a five star if the overall cleanliness was better, the kitchen utensils and cookware were upgraded and the patio and windows were part of the cleaning process. Other than that, the space is comfortable, in a great location and the property management people were responsive and friendly.

Excellent stay at Octotillo Springs

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed having the en suite for each bedroom. The location is very quiet and beautiful! We enjoyed the hot tub and patio, however the patio could use a quick weeding,trimming and clean up. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future!

Red Mountain View

If you enjoy taking long walks or riding bikes on natural terrain or paved pathways within minutes of your bedroom, this location is for you. If you like townhomes with 10 foot ceilings, 18 step stairway, large bathroom in each bedroom, large downstairs area with open floor plan and a patio area with grill, fire pit and hot tub, this unit is for you. The location and foot print of this rental is very good for getting around the St George area. We had three couples with a range of ages from 65 to 80 and we had a great time in and around the rental. The Master Bedroom Suite is the center piece with a large bathroom, walk-in closet and small outside porch. The other two bedrooms are smaller but have full sized bathrooms but no drawers for storage. Upon arrival, we did have some minor issues such as water downed soap dispensers, stains on towels, dirty floor mats, dried food stuck on cooking utensils, grilling tools left under the gas grill and covered in drippings, red dust covered the patio (soon found out this is unavoidable) and the sheets were very thin and didn’t fit properly. To make this a 5 star review, contents need upgrading and closer attention to details. We fixed a few of the issues and had a wonderful stay and even learned how to operate the “smart” tv! The rental process was seamless and communication with the property management was excellent. Our rental was from March 3 to March 31, 2024. Hated to leave for snow and cold back home!

very cold on main floor

cold on main floor . we couldnt get warm enough. other than that the home was beautiful but we didnt realize how the stairs would affect my knees. It would be a wonderful place for families or younger patrons.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall the property was beautiful and clean. Our only issues were the code sent in the email for check in was incorrect, so we had to call so we could get into the property. Also, the code the was on the door for check out was different than the code we received in the check out email. Also, it says there is a twin bed in the room with the queen bed. It’s basically a barely-twin fold out futon type piece of furniture. This caused us to have rearrange where people would sleep, and it wasn’t ideal… but overall, it’s a great place to stay! Just a couple inconveniences.

Great place to stay

This condo was clean and a great spot for our getaway. The place is spacious, well maintained with nice furniture and comfortable beds (the pillows were great). The hot tub and outdoor area is great for just hanging and relaxing after a long day. Would definitely stay here again.
