Our development has an outdoor pool, and our unit has wireless internet (not that you'll want to be working!), and a view of the ocean that is just breathtaking! Enjoy the serenity of the Hither Hills beach and local attractions, then relax with a peaceful glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the ocean.

The newly-renovated apartment features brand new furnishings, a full kitchen with pristine appliances and full-sized island with seating for four, a working fireplace, Optimum high speed internet in the living room and smart TV in the bedroom, air conditioning/heat and ceiling fans.

A charcoal grill is located right outside the unit.

Unit sleeps a maximum of 4 guests (Bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed and common area has the single most comfortable pull-out queen-size sofa on the planet!) On-site parking for one car. Essentials such as towels, linens, and beach chairs, as well as reusable insulated tote bags and ice packs, provided!

This property is open year-round, the unit is cozy and warm in the colder months with adjustable baseboard and unit heating and working fireplace ("duraflame" type logs only, please.)
