Enjoy a great stay in our spacious, luxurious 40 ft RV/coach on a 4 acre ranch style property. Three slides-out. Super clean. A country feel without the distance from your shopping needs and attractions. Golf and country club within minutes from the property. Great place to dine and golf. Half a mile to Fort Hamer State Park where you can go boating, kayaking, fishing, or swimming. Skyway Bridge and beach less than 15 minutes away. Sarasota Airport 20 minutes and Tampa International Airport is 45 minutes away. 10 min to the Speedway. COMPLETE PRIVACY

Close (within 3-10 minutes) to several nearby event venues, i.e. Bakers Ranch and The Barn at Lone Oak Acres and the Speedway.

Baby crib available upon request.

Great Stay

Nice and quiet slightly secluded a great test week to see if we would be interested in more RV-style trips. 10/10 would recommend.

The owners were very nice and responded quickly to any questions. The toilet in the larger bathroom & large RV built in fridge were not operable, but they did provide a small fridge. The kitchen was well equiped for our needs. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderfully wonderful!

Our stay was perfect. The RV was spotless, cozy and much better than any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Vanessa and Dan were fabulous hosts and fun to converse with. They made sure anything we needed was there and it was probably the smartest move we’ve ever made to stay in an RV

Great Time !

My husband and I came to Parish to visit with our grandchildren. The location was perfect for us. Close by grocery, etc. RV was extremely comfortable and clean . We will definitely go again. We had a very good time..

Amazing Stay

The owners were super friendly, very welcoming and made me feel at home. They walked me through the RV to make sure I knew where everything was. It was very clean and had the amenities to make my stay amazing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you!

It was my first time staying in an RV motor home.The RV was clean and all amenities were provided.It was quieter and safer then a hotel without the disturbance of other people about.Will stay with them again in the future.

Glamping!

We stayed during a busy weekend.. World Series of ProMod! We were 10 mins from the track, shopping, and restaurants! RV was just as described and very clean! Host was amazing she reached out as soon as I booked and made sure our weekend went smoothly!

A little piece of heaven

First , if you haven tried "Glamping " you don't know what you're missing ! But location is key as well as the accommodations Well I could have not had a better experience even if I tried ! The grounds are so beautiful and serene and it matches the owners personality Vanessa is a lovely host and this RV is immaculately kept. We had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable The outdoor space is lovely and was just what we wanted ❤️ Thank you Vanessa and Danny , we will definitely be back

Lovely host and quiet area

Vanessa was very helpful and available if we needed anything. She took the time to explain things in the RV to us and give us some pointers for places to go. The RV was very clean and supplied with all the necessities. The only negative was the main bathroom toilet not working/being out of order when we came. The half bathroom toilet is in a very cramped space. I hope it gets fixed, it would have been much better. But, it was nice to stay there and experience what it is like to spend a few nights in an RV. Very nice host.

So close to so much!

We booked one of Vanessa‘s diesel pusher motorhomes for my 50th birthday trip. We got in pretty late from our flight, but Vanessa and her husband were ready to greet us as soon as we pulled in. They showed us how to work everything inside the motorhome, from the light switches to how the water works. I’ve never seen a place cleaner than this particular motorhome. She clearly takes pride in everything that she does. There are so many things to do in the area. The restaurants they recommend ended up being fantastic places to eat at. We even ate at their favorite breakfast spot three times. Lol! We did have a small issue with the water heater, But once we called Vanessa and her husband, they were out within 15 minutes to remedy the situation. We plan on making this an annual trip and can’t wait to book with them again. Highly recommend!

Comfortable RV

We stayed in this RV for 5 nights. It was very comfortable and even has two bathrooms. It was close to everything we wanted to see. I would stay there again.

A wonderful stay

My husband and I rented this property because wee had never stayed in an RV before and wanted to know what it was like. Vanessa was very welcoming and explained how thing worked clearly. The RV was extremely clean and comfortable and would be fine for even longer stays. The setting was lovely, with Spanish moss in the trees and a deck with table and chairs. The hosts went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.
