Relaxing Bradenton Guesthouse Near Everything

This comfortable guest home is attached to the main house, but has completely separate living space. Private fenced patio / yard area (approximate total private fenced in outdoor space is 500 Sq Ft) with a seating area and chaise lounge chairs off the bedroom. Situated at the end of a small street, it is designed to be relaxing, private and very quiet. Close to everything but has limited traffic and little street noise. Perfect place to refresh and recharge!

This location is a great home base for people wanting to come to the area to visit beaches or do other site-seeing. We are a close 10-15 minute drive to the beach, 3 minute drive so many stores (groceries, etc); 7 minutes to many stores such as Home Depot, Five Below, LA Fitness gym, restaurants, etc)

Any pets would be accepted on an individual basis. Please message the host in advance. We have a strict rule that dogs must be on leash at all times while outside of the unit. This is very strict we have had complaints from neighbors from past guests who let their dogs outside of the unit without a leash and this is against the law and strictly against the rules. Thank you for your understanding.


Wifi is provided as a free amenity. Host will not be responsible for any outages out of host's control. It is very rare, but any outage will not result in any refunds. I only mention because we had an outage due to a tropical storm and got many many messages from a guest and I don't want to promise that we will never have an outage as it would be out of my control.

Basic cable TV included. Some upgraded channels but not all. Also, we have an Amazon firestick and a Roku that you can use to sign into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV or other streaming provider of your choice.
