Centrally located near Fort Rock Park in Sunriver, this home is surrounded by beautiful Ponderosas and backs to a spacious common area.

The open great room layout and river rock fireplace invite you to come in and relax after a long day of exploring Sunriver. The living room features a full-sized sleeper sofa, a love seat, TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Large windows let in ample sunlight, making this the perfect spot to curl up with a good book. The gorgeous, updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and seating for 8 between the adjacent dining room and breakfast bar.

Bedroom 1 is the king primary bedroom with a private, updated bathroom with a large, gorgeous walk-in glass shower.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed. They share a full, updated bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

A wrap-around deck with a private hot tub and a gas grill creates a great space for dining outdoors, or just soaking up some of that wonderful Sunriver sunshine. Foosball table in the garage for family fun or explore the great outdoors using the 4 adult bikes provided with the home!

4 Pine Ridge boasts a central location, making for a short trip to the Woodlands Golf Course and Club House or to Fort Rock Park where you can enjoy a playground, a large open field, picnic benches, and tennis and basketball courts.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air-conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice-cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow-paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

PROS: Kitchen was well stocked and equipped. Nice hot tub. Master bed was very comfortable. Gas Fireplace warmed the front room well. Large laundry room.NEUTRAL: Four (free) bikes for the house were single speed which can make it difficult to travel the hills around Sunriver. We eventually rented bikes from the village and it made bike riding much more fun.CONS: Guest bath has a travel trailer shower and tub. I am over 6' and I had to turn sideways to the shower head so that my shoulders wouldn't hit the wall and door. The shower head is so low that I had to seriously bend/squat to wet my head. The mirror in this bathroom is installed so low that again I had to squat to see my face. The NOT SMART TV and cable were very poor. No instructions and the guide did not work. Very little storage for clothing. Come prepared to hang up clothing and live out of your suitcase on the ground (unless you can utilize the minimal drawer space in a couple of the nightstands).

Tv and electronics are dated as to the new electronics out. Lights small for bigger hands and blinking bulbs. Heading out to hot tub or grill, pineneedles and debris under barrfeet or sticking to shoes. Limited tv in bedroom, 1 channel. Bathroom shower door in master opens on its own if u move in shower. Crazy..loved the daily visit of deer in the windows

Very pleasant property! Would recommend, everything worked exactly as advertised. Only thing I would note is that recycling is apparently no longer available in Sunriver (contra signage in the house directing guests to recycle their cans and such), but that is by no means specific to the property.

Family Vacation

We came as a family for our summer vacation. There was plenty to do at Sun River to keep the kids occupied. It served as a great location for side trips like Crater Lake and whitewater rafting the Deschutes river.

It was a super fun property, and wheelchair friendly once we laid out our travel ramp for the front deck (2 steps up). The kitchen had all we needed for 2 BBQs and the bedrooms and bathrooms had the basics. The property management team were very responsive during office hours and helped with every question. We were there during a hot spell--90 degrees for several days. Air conditioning would have been a good addition even though we were careful with buttoning down during the day and opening all the windows at night. Even a window unit would have helped keep the edge off. We were aware at time of booking that there was no AC. We would come back though!

Pineridge 4 was a perfect stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pineridge 4. It was actually better than described - the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 5 to stretch out. It was immaculate - the cleaners did an excellent job. The location was a perfect walk away from Fort Rock park, and just a few minutes drive from the other Sun River amenities. In addition, we thought we had to wait until 5 pm to check in, but Bennington messaged us at 11 am letting us know that that the property was ready for us. That was absolutely perfect with our restless kids. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was cozy, clean, comfy beds, and the kitchen was well equiped. It was perfect for a small family, jacuzzi was great.

Great location, perfect size for a weekend stay!

Really enjoy the overall layout. The hot tub was amazing! The only small critiques would be that large master had a super hard mattress and the fireplace was on a one hour timer. It felt like we had to keep turning it on. Tiny things for sure! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall OK. No shampoo. One small kids bike in garage, nothing for adults. Had to rent. Voices carry in surrounding properties. Hot tub was lovely. Did not like the double booking fees from VRBO and Bennington Properties. Seems very excessive.

Some issues

There was a musty smell until heat was on. I personally had allergy issues that cleared up when I went home. Could not get dishwasher to turn on. Pressed on button and closed door, but nothing happened. We hand cleaned dishes as best as possible. Microwave temporarily stopped working after using it 5 minutes.

Great vacation home!

The home was in a great location, nicely furnished (comfortable beds!), and had pretty much everything we needed. Only thing not represented correctly is that the bedroom with 2 twin beds actually had a queen bed. It was fine for our family, but if another guest is expecting two people to share that room and sleep separately, they will be surprised. The only other suggestion would be to have plastic wrap or foil (or tupperware with lids) for leftovers. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect for Families

We had a wonderful experience and absolutely enjoyed the amenities. The Sharc passes were a great bonus! The only problem we had was there weren’t any bikes available for use so we’ll bring ours next time!

Great Sunriver House

This house was perfect for us (two adults, two kids under 8) for an end of summer vacation. Interior is updated and clean. Great central location in Sunriver, near Fort Rock Park, and easy drive or bike to SHARC (passes came with house), marina, and village. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy house great location

My family really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well equipped. Hot tub was a great accessory. Location was great with easy bike access to Fort Rock Park and SHARC. Communication with property manager before, during and after was great! Answered many questions. Even though the listing showed 4 bikes, and then I found out there were none at the property, I was reimbursed for renting 4 bikes. That is great service!!

Fun Family trip!

Sunriver is a fun place to stay!!! Weather was really cold while there but still had lots of fun!!! Property Management company was very helpful & prompt on helping us!!! House is very comfortable for 8 people! Adult & kids!
