167 feet from Boardwalk and Beach in San Diego’s premier beach destination, Mission Beach. Luxury just fully remodeled studio. Ground floor. Includes high speed Wifi and streaming cable. Property includes 1 queen bed.

This is luxury ground floor luxury studio apartment just 167 feet from the boardwalk and the beach in San Diego’s premier beach destination, Mission Beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of a three story building. The floors are hardwood. The appliances, furniture, electronics, linens and artwork are all brand new.
This is a 14 unit, three story apartment building. We have a gated yard for relaxation, sitting in the sun and grilling out.
Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or venture out and sample some awesome San Diego restaurants during your stay here! Start the morning off right with some coffee in the kitchen, or pick up coffee at one of the numerous neighborhood coffee stands and walk two blocks to the beach for a stroll as you watch the surf.
We are 167 Feet from San Diego's most iconic beach. Have a hamburger or get a scoop of ice cream. Talk a walk or learn to surf, maybe rent a bike. It’s all right there at your doorstep. Groceries, Restaurants and Microbreweries are all around. Of course, you will have access to our communal BBQ grill, and it's always a good time to cook out.
After lunch, head back home and take a nap on a cozy couch or one of the high end beds.
If you like shopping, you are virtually 10-20 minutes from any destination in the greater San Diego Metro area. I would suggest starting with the cool little shops a couple blocks away.
For Touristy stuff... well, the beach is two blocks away. Step out on the sidewalk and look west. It's that blue thing where the land ends. SeaWorld is a five minute drive. The World Famous San Diego Zoo is a ten minute drive away. Disneyland is a ninety minute drive.

Amazing stay!

The spot was equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated that there was sunscreen and after sun gel there for us to use as well as all of the kitchen supplies. We loved all of the extra stuff for the beach that we usually don’t get at other stays like the boogie boards, volleyball, chairs, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The place was comfortable, clean, and modern. Working perfect for a 3 night stay with my spouse. The only improvement is that the TV is at a difficult spot to watch from bed, but we did not mind.

I would highly recommend staying I'm this cute apartment that is steps away from PB beach

The apartment was updated and new. The location was amazing since it was steps away from the beach. Initially we had an issue and contacted the manager. He responded very quickly and took care of the problem. We will definitely return here next time we visit

Amazing location

The ocean, beach and walking/jogging way is a very short walk in one direction and the bay is a very short walk the opposite direction! Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. I had the best beef burrito at a local taco stand that the owner recommended! I encountered one very minor issue and the owner called and solved the problem within 20 minutes! If I were travel to San Diego in the future I would definitely book here again!

Great place!

Doug was great to work with. Wish the TV wasn't on the side wall. Had to watch it sideways from the bed. A comfy chair would be a great asset. One kitchen chair is very wobbly. Would rent from Doug again.

Parking is a major problem

The unit was clean and had a nice modern kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Access to the beach and dining is excellent. Policy against having more than two guest at a time is overly restrictive. We wanted to have our son, his wife and two kids over for a meal, but our request was denied. Contrary to description there was no coffee grinder and no response from the manager when that was pointed out. One of the dining room chairs had a loose back, a nightstand was very wobbly, and the shower/ bathtub faucet did not work properly. The unit is not a luxury place. It is nice and has a great location. However, if you have a vehicle, parking is a nightmare. On our second night, I drove around for an hour looking for a spot. After that, we took Uber or relied on family for transportation. However, for two people with no vehicle, no family, and no friends, it’s not a bad place.

We stayed in a newly remodeled studio apt. Type room. It was nice but they should have replaced the air conditioner also because it was liked a freight train going through the room every time it turned on. Hard to sleep 😴 when on or at least stay asleep. The Roku TV was a joke, tried to watch a hour and a half movie that took three hours. Apparently you need better WI-FI for a good connection so it doesn’t stop and reload every five minutes. Only got one bath towel and one dining chair. Had to ask for another one of each. We love San Diego and always have a good time but prices are high and we expected more from this rental.

Great Place

Excellent stay,.. Second year in a row. Accommodations are perfect as is the location. Parking can be a challenge as we have a small truck but that's the case in all of SD. Will definitely return next year!

Mission Accomplished - Mission Beach

1st time using VRBO - will repeat. This listing is as advertised and served my wife and I well during our stay in the San Diego area. The location is awesome, you are indeed just 100+ steps from the beach! Owner was very communicative, small glitch with entry code to start, but addressed immediately, and smooth sailing from there. Room fit my mobility needs (manual wheelchair user) grateful for that! Perhaps adding a small nightstand to either side of the bed or both, would be nice for setting a phone or glasses at night. Beyond that, it was great! Would highly recommend! So many cool "local places" to visit, all within easy strolling distance!

Great little place

A great little place for spending a couple days on the beach. It’s not a huge space but it has all the essentials. The bed was comfy and the place was super clean . Beach towels and chairs were included, and the kitchen was updated and stocked with all the utensils we needed. If you don’t need to be right on the beach, this is an awesome, quiet property that will work great for you!
