Great location on Emerald Isle. We really appreciated the closet full of beach umbrellas, beach chairs, tennis rackets, boogie boards, life jackets, etc. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful Well-appointed Condo with an Amazing View!

My family and I stayed at Bella Vista in the Pier Pointe complex in Emerald Isle. The condo was a really nice size for our family of four and we loved the open concept layout. Waking up each morning and walking out to see the ocean from the kitchen/dining/living space was absolutely priceless. The property owner was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had before and during our stay. We really enjoyed our time and are already missing this beautiful condo at the beach.

Fantastic location

Upscale accommodation. Super clean and tastefully decorated. Pool, tennis court and easy beach access. We were too intimidated to use the paddle board, but its there if you are up for it. 3rd floor walk up a bit challenging, but was worth it. I would recommend Bella Vista and would stay there again.

Fall beach week

Very nice condo, great location, short walk to beach, lovely and friendly folks in the building, loved using the tennis court ( NO pickleball lines to deal with either), steps might not be your thing if you have any kind of handicap or mobility issues. This condo was on the third floor.

Fantastic beach condo

My family absolutely loved this condo. It is not only clean and well furnished/decorated, but has a comfortable & cozy feel that is difficult to find in beach rentals. I’ve rented many lovely places over the years, and no matter how nice they are I typically feel homesick, but I was completely comfortable here. I also wasn’t expecting such great views based on its proximity to the beach, that was a pleasant surprise… the stairs were worth the hike. We found the deck very enjoyable. This may be my most favorite beach rental ever. I have FOBO but would absolutely book this condo again without searching. It’s a fantastic place.

Great, calm stay in Emerald Isle

We really enjoyed our stay in Emerald Isle. The condo is on a quiet stretch of the beach town, but easy access to everything and enjoyed going to Indian Beach too. The three flights of stairs up to the condo are no joke, but wasn’t a problem for my small dog or three young children. Just try not to forget anything! We had plenty of space in the condo for our family of five. There is a beach access point within the complex, but we preferred to walk over to the public beach spot to roll our wagon down. It was nice having the public beach nearby to use the restrooms while at the beach too. Overall a good stay!

Amazing Condo!!!

Our stay at Bella Vista condo was absolutely amazing! The condo is beautiful with everything upgraded. Everything you need is there from kitchen items, extra blankets, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, games, etc. We brought our own beach items but they are there if needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and welcoming!!! Very short walk across parking lot to beach! The owner, Cris, is wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. He checked in with us before we arrived and twice while we were there. He responded extremely quickly to any questions we had. The door lock is a smart lock which makes it so easy not having to deal with keys. The back deck furniture is very nice and comfortable. I would recommend for anyone to stay at Bella Vista at Pier Pointe!!!

Fantastic condo and location on beautiful Emerald Isle

If I could give a 6 stars I would! This condo is in a fantastic shape, great equipped, clean and I hope that any future renter respects the quality and details this owner puts into. The entire Buna Vista property is great ! Short walk to the beach, two pools, tennis court, we all felt safe. We will come back! Thanks for the hospitality. Ulli & family

Convenient condo located close to the beach. Lovely upgrades throughout (no carpet!). Good communication with property owner. Only (minor) complaint is that the cleaning crew left dog hair all over the floor, otherwise a clean property. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was in a great location just a few steps from the ocean. It was beautifully appointed and comfortable all around. I would definitely rent it again and would urge others to do the same. Cris, the owner, was great in making sure we had what we needed.

Amazing Views & Attention to Detail

My husband and I stayed at Cris' place for a wonderful week. The location and views were perfect! The attention to detail in the design, decor and well-stocked kitchen wowed us. There were plenty of beach toys to keep a family happy and the place was clean and well maintained. Cris made it easy for us and stayed in touch just the right amount. We brought our SUPs and did some paddling on the sound. We could not recommend it more!
