Beautiful modern farmhouse custom built 2016. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 12 x 40 feet heated swimming pool with spa, gas grill and gas fire table.
Blocks from Sonoma Plaza. 10 minute drive to numerous vineyards and wineries. Fryer Creek bike path nearby. Four tennis courts walking distance. Basketball court and playground across the street park.
On summer Tuesdays, the evening farmers market at Sonoma Plaza feels like a weekly celebration of everything local and laid-back. As the sun softens, neighbors gather under the trees to shop for just-picked produce, fresh bread, flowers, and prepared foods, while live music drifts across the square. It is the largest plaza in California, covering 8 acres, and is surrounded by a variety of shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, and historical landmarks. The plaza is also home to Sonoma State Historic Park, which includes several notable sites like the Mission San Francisco Solano and the Sonoma Barracks.
The area has a charming, small-town feel, with plenty of green space, picnic areas, and a duck pond. It’s a popular spot for both locals and tourists to relax, enjoy a meal, or explore the rich history of the region. The plaza hosts events throughout the year, including farmers markets, festivals, and art shows, making it a vibrant hub of activity in the Sonoma Valley.
