Enjoy the simple luxury of indoor/outdoor living. The Sonoma retreat has been in the family since 2003. The 2 separate units are joined by a beautiful long sunroom. Both spaces look out on an expansive garden with a 45 ft. solar powered pool & jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, culinary garden, fruit trees, grape vines & outdoor shower. 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dinning areas, circular gated driveway & front yard, give ample space for all to work & play.
The space
This country house has been fully renovated and outfitted for easy use and is gated to keep you and your loved ones safe.
The beauty of this property is not just the house but the secluded and calming nature of its 1/2 acre landscaped lot.
All bedrooms have individual air conditioning units and there is central heat for each side of the house.
With 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, a sunroom that connects the 2 units and ample outdoor space, the house is the perfect set up for a large family, family with adult kids or two couples. You will be in the same house, but at the same time you can choose to be in the privacy of your own unit.
The backyard is by far the luxury of the grounds. It contains a 45 ft. saline, solar heated pool, Jacuzzi, & two gazebos. Under one gazebo there is a marble table that can seat 10 as well as an additional metalwork table that can seat another 6 people. There is also a large propane grill, perfect for that family barbecue!
Under the other gazebo, you will find 4 lounge chairs, a small table, and two lines of red wine grapes. Both gazebos have coverage from the sun and wisteria growing up the sides.
The backyard also has the potential for a seasonal vegetable garden.
In front of the jacuzzi is a relaxing outdoor seating area with a couch, two chairs, and a coffee table.
The backyard also has an outdoor pool shower and a separate full pool bathroom, which has a large walk-in marble shower, sink, and toilette.
