We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Spanning more than 3,100 square feet, this spacious Wheat Ridge retreat is designed for comfort, connection, and convenience. Just minutes from I-70, Downtown Denver, and the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, it offers a central location for exploring Colorado’s outdoor beauty, vibrant city life, and charming nearby towns.

Outdoor living
Step into the fenced backyard for a relaxed afternoon on the covered patio, complete with a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture for group meals or quiet mornings with coffee. The lawn is perfect for friendly games or letting the kids and dogs roam safely. Evenings can be spent gathered outside, unwinding after a day of adventures.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 14 guests with six oversized bedrooms and eight beds, including three king beds, two queens, two fulls, and a full pull-out sofa. Each room features Green Leaf memory foam mattresses, room-darkening shades, and soft linens for a restful night. The master suite includes a private bathroom and ample storage space, while the additional bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for both privacy and comfort.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms offer modern fixtures, spacious vanities, and complimentary essentials such as hotel-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shower gel. One bathroom includes a walk-in shower/tub combo for added convenience.

Indoor gathering spaces
The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. Two dining areas provide seating for up to 18 guests, with additional bar seating at the central island. The adjacent lounge features an L-shaped sectional, 50-inch Smart TV, and an electric fireplace, creating a warm space for conversation or movie nights.

Entertainment and recreation
The lower level game room offers a 100-inch projector screen, foosball, Pac-Man arcade, giant checkerboard, and a putting green. Whether hosting a movie night, enjoying some friendly competition, or relaxing between excursions, this space is a hub for fun and connection.

Family and pet-friendly amenities
Families will find added convenience with a crib, Pack ’n Play, baby safety gates, and board games. The property welcomes up to two dogs for a small cleaning fee, making it a great choice for guests traveling with pets.

Modern comforts and safety
Stay connected with WiFi and an Ethernet connection, keep comfortable year-round with heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans, and enjoy the practicality of a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities. The home includes self check-in via keypad, an EV charger, and parking for up to five vehicles. Safety features include exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Location highlights
Within minutes, guests can access Crown Hill Lake and Wildlife Sanctuary, Colorado Mills Mall, Downtown Golden, and Olde Town Arvada. Red Rocks Amphitheater is just a 14-minute drive, while Echo Ski Resort can be reached in under an hour. Nearby parks, golf courses, breweries, and restaurants provide plenty of options for recreation and dining.

This well-equipped, centrally located home is suited for family reunions, group getaways, or a comfortable base for exploring Colorado’s diverse landscapes and attractions.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.

Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!

The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
