The facilities were clean and tidy. It was perfect for our stay. The location was good as well. The games in the basement were excellent. Games, fire pit and hot tub in back yard were enjoyed greatly. Large dinning table and counter space really served our large group well.

This place was amazing the host was in touch within mins it was easy to check in and out very clean and the movie theater and hot tub and fire pit was a big hit for my family they love it. Recommend this place 100% great location.

The home was exactly as advertised! Lots of space, very clean, as well as a fun backyard to hangout in! Went for a bachelor party, and had enough room for all 12 of us - including golf clubs inside!

Our group of friends had a lot of fun! The decorations were an awesome touch, and backyard was a great hangout spot. We seem to have stayed in a peak pricing weekend, as it cost more than usual during our stay. Several people in our group felt like the house was not a fit for that pricing (niceness of couches, etc), but everyone still had fun.

Perfect Family Rental - Clean and Fun

We stayed in Colorado for a cheer competition with two other families. We had plenty of space for everyone and an absolute perfect basement for the kids. Max was absolutely accommodating and communicated with us as needed immediately. The house was very nice and the outside area was so much fun.

We were in Denver for a wedding. This house was a great location, within half hour drive to everything. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of activities.

A great time!

This space is super fun and a hidden gem with lots of surprises that endlessly delight. The space was very accommodating with lots to do and many options for places to hang out. We brought our switch and hooked it up in the movie room for extra intense Mario Kart! Highly recommended, the host was very available to answer little questions we had. Thanks Max!

Hidden Gem

The Neon Cowboy is a fabulous place to stay! So much room, (we had 15 people) plenty of comfortable beds and best of all…THE NEON! It is an older house in an older neighborhood, & while it’s not much to behold on the outside, don’t let appearances fool you. The owner has gone out of their way to make this a fun and entertaining home. There are neon touches and “selfie walls” everywhere and very tastefully done. We loved it. The backyard is awesome with a fire pit, hot tub and some games. We didn’t utilize it all as we had a short stay. The house was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The theater room and game room were a fun addition-AND everything worked which doesn’t always happen! Max, was easy to communicate with and was quick to reply.I highly recommend the splendor of The Neon Cowboy for your next stay, super good time!!

Max was the best host that we have ever stayed with. The communication was amazing from start to finish I never had a question unanswered or ignored, and even when issues came about they were addressed immediately or a sollution given. The home was clean, spacious, well decorated, and just all around entertaining! We enjoyed the hot tub, game room, and fire pit daily. The only complaint my mother-in-law has was that it wasn't completely wheel chair accessible but the property never claimed to be, some bricks on the walk paths were loose and there are only a few steps into the residence. The main level has 2 full bedrooms with a bathroom and walk in shower available. Amoung the 3 other amazing and spacious bedrooms. There was a full bathroom with walk in showers on every level which was ideal for our needs. It worked out perfectly for what we needed. Everything was easy to work with great instructions. Kitchen was fully equipted. The neighborhwod is very cultivating with friendly neighbors and some with interesting lawnscaping, it was inviting but busy. Parking was ideal with a spacious 2 larger vehicle parking (Dodge Ram pick up and Crystler Pacifica both fit in driveway at once) The front of house was usually available to also park. This place was our little piece of paradise even if it was just for a short time. If we ever travel back to Denver this is the home we would choose over and over again. We recommend that you also stay and create memories at the Neon Cowboy!
