You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closets. Make yourself at home; we are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions/want recommendations for things to do nearby!

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

There's a ring camera located on the front door for everyone's security/safety

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Two days prior to your check-in, we will send you a link which contains our comprehensive Digital Welcome Book. This book contains all pertinent information relating to your stay. We have also included detailed instructions for check in and check out, frequently asked questions, the house rules, a list of fun local breweries and restaurants as well as some of our favorite local attractions.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important to us. Quiet hours have a hard start at 9:00pm and are strictly enforced. We want you to have fun time but please take it inside/downstairs once quiet hours start. Guests/parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be fines and threatened with civil prosecution.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside our house and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio. Please dispose of any/all smoking materials upon your check out perVRBO Policy and Rules. Thank you!

We love that you love traveling with your dogs - they’re part of the family! We just ask that you please register/pay the pet deposit for each dog via VRBO when you're booking your reservation so we can let our cleaner know and make proper accommodations. Failure to register your dog(s) will unfortunately result in an automatic $250 fine per animal. Additionally, they must be kenneled if left in the home alone. We have provided one medium/large dog kennel located in the laundry room for your connivence if you did not bring your own.

We welcome guests with Service Dogs and are happy to accommodate them. You're not required to disclose the presence of a service animal or provide documentation, evidence of training, or specialized certification. However, per VRBO's policies around service animals, VRBO encourages open communication as a courtesy so that we/the host can let our cleaner know and make reasonable accommodations for the stay.

We are booking a lot of graduation/bachelor(ette) getaways which is so exciting but please do not put tape for decorations on any of the walls with murals/wallpaper as it can be damaging to the art. If you have any questions on which walls are okay to use- please just message us! Also, we just ask that you please make sure to clean up any decorations prior to check out. Thank you!
