The condo is located in Tower 1, on the 16th floor at Majestic Beach Resort, which offers the best in a beach vacation. Majestic Beach Resort is family-friendly, with superior resort amenities.

Important Notice:
Reservations are for Families ONLY and the age requirement is 25 years old. Maximum limit of guests is 6 and is strictly enforced. Also, both the condo and the balcony are Smoke-free, Vape-free and Pet-free. Smoking, vaping and pets are prohibited. Any trace of smoking, vaping or pets in condo or on balcony will result in a Damage Charge.

As stated before, this condo is completely, newly renovated! All new paint on walls and ceiling, new wood floors and all new furniture and accessories.

Intimate, yet spacious Kitchen, Dining and Living area. Fully-stocked kitchen has counter seating for two at the bar and dining set seats four. Living room has a new queen, sleeper sofa, a swivel chair, new coffee table, side table and the television credenza has an electric fireplace.
WARNING: The electric fireplace produces heat and its outer, metal frame gets warm to the touch. Please use extreme CAUTION when in use.
Master Bedroom - All new furniture! A new King bed and mattress, two night stands with lamps, tall chest of drawers and a luggage rack for your use and convenience.
Master Bathroom - A separate shower stall, a Jacuzzi tub and double-sink vanity.
Guest Bedroom - All new furniture! A new Queen bed and mattress, a night stand with lamp, tall chest of drawers and a luggage rack for your use and convenience.
Guest Bathroom - A shower/tub combination and a spacious vanity.

*Majestic Beach Resort offers the most and the best amenities of any resort located on the beach in Panama City Beach. A map of the resort can be found in booklet located in the basket on kitchen counter. Also included in the basket, are your 6 security wristbands that must be worn while on Majestic Beach Resort property. At the end of your stay, please place all 6 wristbands back in the basket. Broken or lost wristband charge is $20/per wristband.

*Game Room includes a pool table, ping pong table and air hockey. Equipment is available for your use at the Security Office located near the game room.
*Movie Theatre with weekly showings, which are posted throughout the resort.
*Tennis and Pickleball Courts are located on the Parking Deck rooftop.
*Covered Parking Deck across the street from the resort. Air-conditioned crosswalks for access to Towers 1 and 2 from the parking deck. Parking link will be sent to guest for registration of vehicle and payment of parking fee.
*Restaurants, bars, ice cream shop and shopping within walking distance at the Edgewater Mall.
Although there is a gym on the premises, no access is given to guests due to owner liability.

All linen, to include bath towels, are provided for you. Please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets. Do not take white linen or bath towels to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included, but are available for rent on the beach. You may also bring your own beach chairs and tents, and are able to set up on the beach in a designated section, located to the left and right of the rental chairs and umbrellas area. A limited supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, and dishwasher pods are also provided. Personal items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent are not provided.
Also, using the white washcloths to remove makeup will ruin them. Please plan accordingly, and bring your makeup removal wipes or towels.
