A cozy 527 square foot two bedroom condo located on 28th street bayside. Located just next door is Jolly Roger, a great family attraction with many activities for children and adults. This condo is just a ten minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The master bedroom is spacious with a full bed. In the second bedroom you'll find a twin bunk bed. This allows for four people to sleep comfortably. The couch does fold out allowing two more guests. The condo has a kitchen with a small table and chairs for dining in. There is a television with cable available as well as wireless internet.

The condo is located in a very convenient area. Walking distances to a lot of points. The place itself is a good place. All necessities were met. And few minor issues were addressed in timely manner with the host. Will recommend to all who is looking for a simple stay. If looking for a luxury the place is not for you

Stay

The location of the property is perfect. The cleanliness was average, about of food had fallen between stove and counter and not cleaned causing ants. The futon is horrible and made for a terrible night sleep. The other two bedrooms were good. Wouldn’t stay again unless new couch or futon and cleaned better.

Staying in this condo was definitely a unique experience. I dont believe it should be marketed for 6 people, five MAXIMUM, and even then the couch isnt really suitable to sleep on. It wasnt a traditional pull out couch with a mattress, but one that simply unfolded. For two adults it was entirely too small, and was disappointing, especially since an extra fee is applied for six people. The biggest problem with this listing was a lack of info.There were enough linens for maybe one bed in the whole condo. There were also only maybe two blankets for four beds. The beds were also not made on arrival, not a big deal just a little strange, and the sheets were still damp. When asked, the hosts said there were no other blankets available, even though the listing shows every bed fully made. There were also no towels at all in the house besides one roll of paper ones. Me and my group would’ve been happy to bring linens and towels if we had been told they were necessary. Instead, multiple people in my group felt forced to buy sheets so that they could be comfortable and not sleeping on a bare mattress with no blanket. The cleanliness of the condo also was not great. There was a smell when we entered and me and my group felt the need to clean the condo before sleeping in it. The inaccurate listing, outdated photos, and complete lack of information on necessary amenities was the most disappointing thing. This condo could’ve been much more enjoyable if the hosts had included more info.

This is a great location, very close to the beach and other places. It is a good for a family of 4 or less. 6 people would be very tight in this location. Overall nice place you get what you pay for

Awesome!

A nice little rental for a group of four! It was only a short walk to the beach and the far end of the boardwalk. There’s mini golf and an amusement park in walking distance too if that’s your thing. Robert was quick to respond to our questions and gave us a little more insight on what is provided in the unit (tip: bring your own sheets and blankets). Noise can be heard from the unit upstairs, so if you’re a light sleeper you may want to take that into account, but it wasn’t a huge issue for my group. Thanks for a great stay!

Very quaint, but exactly what we needed!

The whole process of renting and checking in and out was very easy, and the host was also very easy to get in touch and communicate with. The condo was certainly small, but it was perfect for what we were looking for and honestly still pretty comfortable for 5 close friends. The kitchen utensils are a little bare bones, and we ended up making mac and cheese in a frying pan but we made it work! Something to consider when packing is to bring hand towels for the bathroom and kitchen, but that was our mistake! Overall wonderful stay.

Great beach getaway

The condo was a great location to the beach and all OC has to offer. Probably more comfortable for 4 people, but we made it work with 6 and when in OC, you spend the majority of the time at the beach, boardwalk, etc., anyhow! It was very easy to communicate with Robert and he responded so quickly and kindly to a few things that came up. Having laundry available was such a plus! Thank you.

Perfect location!!!

Positives: Owner was very friendly and responsive! Perfect location to walk to attractions and beach. Boardwalk is just a short drive. Price is reasonable for unit. Negatives: The unit was not cleaned that well upon our arrival (sand was throughout) but they provided cleaning supplies! Bathroom is very small. If you are a bigger person or needing to help take care of children in there, it’s a tight fit. Laundry facility is behind the unit, not inside. It’s really dark behind the unit at night. You may want to wash during daylight hours. Window blinds were broken/missing. This is a multi-family unit so privacy was an issue. This property was small and cozy but perfect for a few guests!
