The house is divided into 3 completely separate units with plenty of privacy! Each unit has a smart lock, individual entrance, kitchen, bathroom, private fenced backyard Patio and parking.

Red flower unit:

Backyard: tall fence, charcoal grill, small hammock, table with chairs.

Room-studio : bunk bed twin over queen size, closet, Kitchen, 70” smart TV, and the deep seats sofa .

Bathroom: Toilet, Shower, Vanity.

Great Place

Great little place to stay. I’m a previous local and came back to visit for a long weekend. This place was perfect. Affordable and safe. Great place to rest your head for the night if you’ve got a busy itinerary and want to be out on the town most of your trip.

Great Place to Stay!

We were in town to see a Phillies Spring Training game and we stayed that this little apartment. It was perfect for our needs! I hope to stay here again!

Close to beaches

Cute place. Odd layout with couch under TV, and no low lighting. Clean with nice, fenced in outdoor area. A little warm and not able to adjust for additional air flow. Nice big parking area

Perfect weekend getaway place!

Beautiful, cozy property. Easy parking. Very clean, beds were incredibly comfortable. Very close to Indian Rocks beach. Owner communicated quickly and friendly. They left an iron and extra bedding for us per our request. Would definitely stay again!!

Great location and private deck

Great place if you are looking for a studio apartment without a full kitchen. We enjoy walking/running/hiking, and Margarita's place was withing walking distance of both the Florida Botanical Gardens and Walsingham Park. The beach is a short 10-minute drive. Margarita was a great host and responded promptly to any questions we had. The only downside for us is that the bunk bed had a full mattress down and a twin above. We prefer a queen or king. Still, we would recommend this place for its location and nice private deck out back.

Weekend away

The silverware was stored below the sink where cleaning supplies and/or a trash bin are normally stored. The main room and bathroom room lacked storage.No place in bathrrom to set out makeup. Couldn't find any realtime tv for local news. No tv channel iisting in the room.The location was good, we walked to the Largo Hertiage Village/Botannical Gardens Lots of potential, just need a few changes.

This was very much like a studio apartment, which isn’t bad, but when we booked the stay we made sure to list the number of guests staying. The host only left enough towels, washcloths, and hand towels for one night, and we stayed multiple nights. I messaged the host and didn’t receive a response for hours/half the day. I asked to exchange the linens and get extras for the next couple nights. When they finally responded, they quickly brought the towels, with no washcloths. I messaged again and asked for the washcloths and hand towels. The gentleman that brought them smelled VERY STRONGLY of ‘weed’ both times. He didn’t come in the room, but the smell filled our room!😫 it was terrible. The towels had this stench. This was very unprofessional and not mentioned in the booking details. Also, it should be mentioned there is only one parking space available for the room. The beds/mattresses also need to be replaced. The mattresses sag to the middle. Also, we ran out of toilet paper during our stay. At this point, we were not okay with having to ask and things be delivered smell like ‘weed’. Lastly, the air conditioning unit in this space is at the top of the wall, TINY, and struggles to cool the entire area.

Everything was great. From the cleanliness to the helpful host. It is less than 10 minutes from the beach. I will definitely stay again.

Adorable studio!

While the listing is certainly accurate, we were still pleasantly surprised by how clean and well set up the unit was. The host communicated quickly the one time we had a question. We had a great time and would absolutely go back.

Great overnight stay

We were in town for a night and this was a good convenient stay for us and our pets. The host was hospitable, and the place was spacious enough for us and the pets. Clean, thoughtful items such as water bottles, coffee, etc. The only thing I would say was the bed was a little too hard for us, but not terrible.

Great stay!

I’m relocating and this was my first time using a VRBO. Moving is stressful enough and needing temporary housing in addition can be overwhelming but the whole process has been smooth by both the vrbo site and host. The pictures show exactly what the units look like & there’s so much more included than the actual site lists. The units are completely set up to make your stay easy and comfortable. My studio was extremely clean , planned and decorated perfectly to get the most use out of the space. The small fenced back yard area is perfect if you have a pet or just want to enjoy your time outside under the big shade trees with a comfy swing lounger and chairs. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. The location which is mid Pinellas County is perfect for getting anywhere you'd like & the beach a short 15 min drive . It’s tucked in under big oak trees set back off the main road for privacy with the exterior designed so you feel like you’re in an island oasis. My stay has turned into a longer one so I moved to their bigger full kitchen & 1 bedroom unit right next door. It’s fantastic as well. I absolutely will refer any family or friends visiting Pinellas County to stay here and I encourage you to as well. All the best , Kathy
