Of all the places my husband, fur babies & I had stayed in through VRBO, this was probably our favorite!! Charming, super clean & very comfortable!This place was filled with everything you would think you would need for a stay & more! There were even treats for our fur babies to enjoy!! Brand new appliances & washer/dryer!! And though I know we were not the first to stay there, it felt as though we were the very first to stay there…that’s how clean & inviting it was!! We felt very safe in the area & everyone we met in the neighborhood was super friendly!! The bicycles the host, Eric, provides were so much fun to ride, especially along the Pinellas Trail!!My husband & I are in our 60’s and haven’t ridden bikes in years, but on our first day of riding, we peddled 22 miles, round trip, to Clear Water Beach without any effort at all! Thank you Eric, our host, for all of the incredible information you gave us about the area including awesome walking distance restaurants & especially the Pinellas Trail. I believe we peddled a total of 60 miles during our stay. We even plan to purchase new bikes & find riding trails here at home!!Also, we were able to take our fur babies almost everywhere we went, due to the “pet friendliness” of the area!! We will definitely vacation in that part of Florida again & will only want to stay in that exact same place!!

Great place!!

Such a wonderful little place…the vibe is calm and inviting. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Everything is in walking distance. This little place is exactly as described. Definitely one of my favorites and can’t wait to return.

Loved the location but didn’t know multiple other people would also be staying.

The place was very cute and in a great spot. It was not cleaned when we arrived though but Eric was swift about sending someone to clean things up. I did not realize, however, that there would be people staying above us. They were very loud banging around above us late into the night. The ceiling was very thin so we could even hear them talking sometimes. Our dogs are very sensitive to noise and we don’t want them to be disruptive either so we probably would have preferred staying when another family was not there. Very pretty little place though!

Property was quiet. The unit has new appliances, and well furnished. Easy walk to several local restaurants. Love the BBQ restaurant and antique store within walking distance.

Last minute beach getaway

I booked this last minute trip to get my toes in the sand. Ozona is an adorable little town. We walked down to the marina to watch sunset and spent the day at Honeymoon Beach state park. Plus had a fantastic meal at Molly Goodhead’s. There was a minor miscommunication about check in but Eric and his team were fantastic! We will come back!

Good Times!

We really enjoyed our visit.Perfect place for a couple .Great location. Good bars and restaurants within walking distance.Sunset at the end of the road is not to be missed.Unit is well stocked and Eric is perfect host.Would definitely book again.

Great Quiet Location

We booked from Eric in early 2023 for 2024 with the intention of bringing our dog to Florida. That didn't happen but Eric's place would have been perfect for her. Its located in a quiet neighborhood. The gulf is a block away. There is seating in the backyard. A couple of restaurants and Ozona Brewery are walking distance. The unit is perfect for two people. Eric is responsive to questions or if an issue arises.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The unit was very comfortable. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and the fact that restaurants were also in walking distance. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Lovely Setting

We enjoyed this split and found it quite cozy for the two of us. The porch and the firepit were used daily as were our walks through the village. Azona is an unique village, which many restaurants for your choosing and the locals are extremely warm and considerate. Location is perfect for it is 5 to 15 minutes drive to area llike Dunedeen,Honeymoon Beach and Tarpoon Springs. We are definetly coming back next year for even a longer stay.

Above and Beyond

Eric was great in making sure our stay at his property was very accommodating. He responded quickly to my text informing us of the new lock boxes and the the code for the keys, then when we had trouble with the TV he was over in a short time with a new TV. We took Groucho our 38.5 yr old African Grey who is addicted to Mickey Mouse cartoons on our vacation so the new TV made all of us very happy. Great location, would highly recommend .

10 year anniversary trip

This was the PERFECT place for my husband and I to celebrate our 10 year anniversary! It is a quiet little neighborhood with awesome views of the sunset that is super close to so many things. The place was clean and well maintained. Eric was an awesome host and was quick to reply to any needs or questions we had! I highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Slice of Paradise!

My husband and I pick a new dog friendly place once a month for a weekend getaway. Eric's apartment was perfect. Everything described. Cute, comfortable & tastefully decorated. A few steps to the gulf to watch beautiful sunsets with the locals who gather every night on gulf carts & bikes. Almost a ritual and best place to meet friendly people. At the end of the street you will find Molly Goodheads Raw Bar. Good food and happy hour prices. Across the street is Ozona Brewing, Ozona Pig Barbeque, Courtyard Cafe and don't leave town without trying Ozona Pizza. The absolute best! We rode the Pinellas Bike Trail just two blocks from the apartment to Clearwater. Stopped at VFW on the trail for a hearty $7.99 breakfast. Coffee in Dunedin (cute downtown), and Delirium Beers at Clear Sky on Cleveland in Clearwater. Fantastic trail to ride. We took Finn (Westie) to the dog friendly beach at Honeymoon Island State Park. He loved the shallow water. It's a bit of a hike to the water from the parking lot. We had a beach buggy to carry the gear and Finn. There are also showers and hoses to wash off before loading up. We had a perfect weekend at Airy Ozona. I forgot to mention Eric is very responsive and so helpful.

Lovely place

This place is just lovely. Very clean, nice kitchen and living room. Very nice and safe neighborhood. I had to contact Eric and he was right on answering my questions. He is a great host! I greatly recommend this place!

Anniversary Celebration

We were looking for a place to relax and celebrate. Ozona offerred many adventures. Eric was a great host. All needs were met and check-in was simple. Communication was easy. The apartment was nice. Very clean and supplied. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet at night. Its worth the stay and easy to get to places like Honeymoon Island and Clearwater.
