Come enjoy our newly renovated 1960's brick bungalow that is perfect for large families, groups of families or business travelers. The modern aesthetic will have you unwinding in style, providing you a stress free space while you visit the Little Apple!

The home features three bedrooms, all with queen beds, as well as a large bonus room with two day beds and trundles. The master bedroom is complete with a full master bath with a luxury walk in shower. The hallway bathroom serves the other three sleeping spaces and has a bathtub/shower.

+ Entertain
Our home is perfect for large groups who want to have communal dinners or and plenty of space for the kids to spread out. The kitchen table is a great space to spread out while cooking and comfortably seats up to 10 guests. We have a 58" TV perfect for everything from game day to movie night. The smart TV is linked to our Netflix and Hulu accounts and provides a plethora of additional apps guests may sign into as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cups, plates, cookware and bakeware that you would need to cook meals in. We also provide coffee, tea and hot chocolate to warm you up anytime of the day.

+ Logistics
The home is situated on a large corner lot. There is room for 3-4 cars in the driveway and ample street parking on either street. Our home is equipped with a keypad door lock and your code will be sent to you the day prior to check in.

We are available by the Airbnb messaging app and able to respond quickly should you need anything at all throughout your stay.

Our house is perfect for those traveling for K-State Athletics. We are a block and a half West of Bill Snyder Family Stadium, Bramlage Coliseum, the baseball field, soccer fields and more!

We are also a block and a half away from Via Christy Hospital for anyone needing a quiet, close place to stay while visiting loved ones.

There is a $500 deposit for the home. It is not charged to you upon booking, only reserved in the case of damage or theft. If something gets damaged or broken, please let us know and we will figure out a solution.

While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.

Please note that if you cancel a booked reservation, and it is within the timeframe for a full refund, you will receive the refund minus the credit card processing fee of 2.9%.
