Park Shore Resort is a one-of-a-kind destination with 13 acres of waterways and botanical gardens. The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units, racquetball, new pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa, and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property.
Conveniently located in walking distance to grocery, restaurant and shopping. Within a mile are some of Naples' most beautiful beaches. Our resort is also located near Venetian Village, golf, world-class shopping, Naples Pier, and the Naples Performing Arts Center.

Good location with avez to a car. Issues with the A/c were promptly addressed by the host. Cutlery in kitchen was basic but good appliances.

Great location for Naples

Great location. Easy to get to the beach, mercato, downtown area, Venetian village. Bathrooms are small and overall lighting in the place is not great. But it was clean and worked well for a few night stay!

Terrific place

This unit is in a perfect location in Naples, well appointed, clean, and best of all an owner who is responsive and cares. Hogfish Harry’s , the on-site restaurant, is great.

Wonderful condo!

Our family enjoyed a few days in Naples this past week. The condo is absolutely stunning inside. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds and beautiful decor! The communication prior to and during the stay was top notch. We also enjoyed using the workout space and borrowing books from the library in the lobby - as well as the free coffee in the mornings in the lobby! Enjoyed Clam Pass Park, Mercato shopping and 5th Avenue shopping as well. My husband and I walked every morning in the area and enjoyed looking at all the beautiful homes in the area as well. We will be back!

Unique Naples Place

The Park Shore Resort doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you walk through a condo's front door and view the property from the inside...WOW! It is really quite beautiful. It is a tropical paradise. Our unit was also remodeled with hardwood floors, updated plumbing and lighter coloring which really gave it a more modern feel. The property's location is also a plus with the gulf shore, stores and restaurants all within walking distance. My only concern is that we only stayed for 12 nights.

Simply the best

The property is exactly as pictured and described. Ms Reba had everything we could possibly need for a whole family of 6. The bunk bed was a huge plus. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. My kids loved the pool. We grilled and had dinner in the gazebo…we walked to nearby restaurants grocery store. So many fun memories at this house. Rent it, you wont regret it.

My husband and I stayed at this condo and just loved it. It’s completely remodeled, clean and a great location in the heart of Naples. The owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location!

Great updated condo in a lovely resort. The resort itself could use a few updates but this condo was updated, clean, and very comfortable. Great pool area that we used each day. Hogfish Harry's was a great restaurant on site. Best thing is that we never drive more than 10 minutes to get to shopping, beaches, restaurants, etc. We hope to come back!

The unit has been very nicely updated and furnished, and was very clean and comfortable. The property owner was very friendly and responsive to our reservation questions. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location & great for kids!

We loved the location of this condo. It is close to many restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to downtown. We have three young boys, and they loved playing in the pool with their cousins. The size of the condo was perfect, I will never stay in a hotel in Naples again! If you have children, I would definitely recommend this condo. We felt safe and comfortable with a restaurant on site!

We are a first floor unit with direct access to the parking lot. This two bedroom unit is professionally decorated, has picturesque views but offers a unique floor plan like no other. We have converted the front bedroom facing the lanai into the master with a full en suite attached. Other models have the Master en Suite facing the parking lot. This added feature increases the comfortability of guests looking for a view from their bedroom as well as the living area. Regardless of the room, both bedrooms have a king bed option to offer the optimal comfort for each guest.
