STAY FAR AWAY
Check in was interesting. The owner wasnt aware of the booking, then lied about the room getting a new couch so we couldnt get in until 430 instead of 4. All he did was put a portable A/C unit in the room. This apartment is in an actual apartment building with actual tenants. Very very dirty outside of building and inside and smelled. The apartment itself was not the room we book, did not match any of the photos. It was insanely unclean, floors hasnt been swept or mopped, stove top was dirty, over was disgusting. Microwave was dirty, finger prints on the fridge, splatter all over the trash can and cabinets it sat next to. There was a brown smear down the fldoor frame inside the bathroom. The return airvent was covered in THICK dust. There is way too much to list. Owner did not answer text about complaints. Called VRBO to get a refund as my husband and I were absolutely not staying there. Had to call VRBO the next day to confirm the owner had cancelled the stay and refunded the $. He had not done so until they reached out again. Wish I could include the phots on this review so no one else has to go through this and walk into the filth they are trying to make into $. Definitely will give VRBO a bad rep if he continues to do business this way.
