Gorgeous Apt w/ Balcony - Walk to Stadium & Lansing Center

Located in the heart of Lansing and perfectly close to everything! Directly across from the Lansing Lugnuts stadium and just steps away from the Lansing Center, the river walk, shops, restaurants and bars, our apartment offers a prime urban escape. Inside is light-filled and chic throughout, each room styled with modern-metro decor. The open kitchen has bar seating and all the essentials for making great meals plus several seating areas, a private balcony, dedicated workspace & comfy bedroom.

The Space
Our apartment’s phenomenal open social space consists of upscale living, dining, and kitchen areas. You’ll have a number of seating and eating options as there is bar seating at the kitchen island and a separate dining table for four. Plus, with gorgeous furnishings and accessories in the living room, meals feel elevated whether you`re watching a favorite movie or just unwinding after the day. Being a downtown space, don’t be surprised if you find the balcony welcoming you to share a drink or snack together outside, day or night, too.

For a relaxing, sound sleep, the bedroom at Lansing Place has a king bed as well as wonderful natural light from the large sliding door leading to the private balcony. There is also has a flat-screen TV for viewing your favorite movies and TV shows from the comfort of your own bed. For more sleeping options, there is a queen Murphy bed, a queen sofa bed, and a twin pull out bed in the living room.

Upgraded and stylish, the full bathroom has a large walk-in shower and top-quality fixtures, and the same modern design aesthetic is found in the half bath. There’s also a washer and dryer for all your laundering needs.

House Rules
The base rate covers the first person. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, and additional professional cleaning/disinfecting,

Covered parking spots 19 & 23 located behind the building are available for use by our guests to use.

Please be respectful of our neighbors, by keeping noise to a reasonable level.

No smoking inside the apartment. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1,000 fine.

8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
11. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
Rates & Guest Count
The base rate covers the first guest.

This fee applies to anyone who comes onto the property, not only overnight guests. It helps cover additional wear and tear and increased professional cleaning and disinfecting.

Parking
Guests may use covered parking spots 19 and 23, located behind the building.

- The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
- Refund Policy:
- 100% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 30 days before arrival
- 50% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 14 days before arrival
- A pre-authorized damage deposit hold of $2,000 is required. It is released a few days following check out provided there is no damage during the guest stay.
- Do not attach anything to walls or ceilings with tape, tacks, or adhesives. Damage will result in charges.
- Return any moved furniture to its original position. A $100 fee applies if items are not reset.
- Early arrivals and late departures incur a $40 fee.
- Minimum rental age is 25.
- Neighbor complaint: $500 fee.
- Security dispatched: $500 fee.
- Police called: $1,000 fee and guests may be required to vacate immediately without refund.
- Unregistered guests: $500 penalty plus $60 per person for anyone on the property not included in the reservation.
- Guests must sign the rental agreement prior to check‑in. Instructions will not be released until the agreement is signed.
