With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the Peaceful Pinecone has room for everyone!
The Cabins first floor provides a generous master suite, kitchen, half bath, laundry room, and cozy great room. Guests can relax in front of the 70”TV while warming up by the gorgeous gas fireplace. Or step outside onto the spacious covered patio to grill, all while soaking in the inescapable fresh mountain air.
The second floor has two more bedrooms, a full bath, a loft, and another roomy master suite. Step out onto one of the many alluring balconies Alder Leaf has to offer to enjoy another view of the stunning surroundings ! Enjoy watching DirectTV in any of the rooms, or play on the the Xbox One in the loft after a long day of exploring the great outdoors.
Guests at Alder Leaf Lodge are a short drive from many restaurants, hiking/biking trails, Sunrise Ski Resort, several lakes, and more! Guests will also have access to Torreon Community amenities including pool, spa, fitness center, restaurant, walking/bike paths and much more!

If you have more than 10 total people (including children) staying with you this is not the place for you, 10 Guest is strictly enforced if you have more guest than that you will be asked to leave the property without refund.

***IMPORTANT CLUB AMENITY NOTICE STARTING IN 2021****
Starting in 2021, Torreon has changed their policy on how many times home owners are allowed to transfer their social membership to guests. This is partly due to the fact they are wanting to keep it an exclusive club and be members only. Unfortunately ALL homes in Torreon are now only allowed to transfer their membership once a month with a strict policy of 4 guests only. This fee is $350 for the first guest and $125 for each additional guest. This fee includes access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, family center and outdoor sport courts (basketball, volleyball, pickle ball and tennis). This also allows you to have dinner at the Torreon Grille. (Lunch is available to all guests). This service is on a first come first serve basis. PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME BEFORE YOU BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO USE THIS SERVICE AND IF IT HAS BEEN FULL FILLED FOR THE MONTH. The amenities are only offered from May-September. Pool is only heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend. This fee would be an extra fee.
