We will definitely want to return!

Awesome home with all the amenities. Free shuttles are available to transport around Reserva Conchal - they are timely and comfortable. Traveling off the property is more complicated, but can be done without a rental car. All of our meals at restaurants on/off property were excellent. We will definitely want to return!

Beautiful house to relax

Beautiful house to relax, you do have have neighbors near by so you have to keep in mind loud music. The beach it’s consider the best one in the world right now , and it is very beautiful! The beach club is awesome as well!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. House is big, comfortable and fully equipped. Great place to stay with friendsrelatives. Be aware that is close to other condos so loud musicparties may not be allowed. Sad thing that check out is at 10am. Host was responsive and very friendly. Will for sure come back!

Great house, but unresponsive host. This house is beautiful, in a great location and has comfortable space for a large family with 4 full bathrooms and an excellent open entertaining space by the pool. It was easy to make the most of our stay at the resort as well.

You will be beyond impressed.

We had an amazing time at this villa! Everything was beautiful and exactly as described. Rose was so helpful and responsive! She answered our questions at all hours of the night! She also organized everything for us including reservations and transportation! The location is amazing and have access to the beach club was perfect for our family with little kids. I would recommend renting golf carts as the property is very large and makes it quicker to get around. There is also nothing that is walking distance but the resort does private a shuttle for things that are on the property! If you want to pay extra you have access to the Westin and W amenities. Everything was perfect for our trip and I’m so happy we went with this villa! You will be beyond impressed.

Spacious house in great resort community

We had a group of 9 and enjoyed this house. Everyone was comfortable in their bedrooms, the kids loved the pool, and the views are amazing. We rented golf carts and were sooo happy we did, the beach club was fabulous and the beach was the best we visited in Costa Rica! The house is clearly a rental and not a home as it could use some TLC but the reality is, it didn’t impact our stay or comfort at all! Loved that beach towels were provided at the house and air conditioning throughout the entire house. Also had all the kitchen gadgets one could need. Again, accessing the beach club and beach made it even better and we would recommend golf cart rental as we learned a lot from the people we rented from that we wouldn’t have known and got to explore the nearby towns! The beach and beach club pool are NOT close/walkable and it’s my understanding you can call for a shuttle ride but they take a long time. Overall we loved it.

Nice space, but house is not well maintained

The house has good spaces for what we needed, and the pool is very nice. However, the house was pretty dusty and water filters needed to be changed. The house was clearly not well maintained -- part of the upstairs ceiling collapsed a couple days into our stay because of an air conditioner leak. The property management company sent a crew in to fix it and clean up right away, and found us another property for the last 2 nights, so we appreciated their response. But this wasn't a sudden issue (for the ceiling to collapse, the water had to be pooling for a while). There was some water and a couple towels on the floor when we arrived (underneath where the ceiling ended up collapsing), so they clearly knew about the issue in advance. Thank God this didn't happen when kids were in the house.

A fun time,but

I would love to give a five star rating, but the house is tired. The terrace/pool are outstanding, but getting the sliding doors opened to get there was a constant struggle. And, the kitchen and baths definitely need updating. Concierge service was helpful and responsive and the shuttle service was very good.

Spring Break Family Trip

Very large and roomy home located inside the gated community attached to the W Hotel. We had eight people and the house never felt small. The beach club is located on the ocean and is a great addition to this rental. You definitely need to have a car or a golf cart to get to the club.

Awesome Family Vacation

From the moment we walked into Villa Zandagi it was vacation time. 10 in our family children and their wives, all adults over the age of 27! Enough room for all of us to spread out and a gorgeous view with a fantastic pool. It was one of the best family vacations we have ever had and we travel frequently. The beach club was a plus. We will travel to Costa Rica again and plan to take advantage of this beautiful property and all it has to offer. Pura Vida

Great Three Generation Family Destination

Reserva Conchal is a spectacular base for a Costa Rican adventure. The property was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The 5 min drive into Brazilito when you want to eat off property is a plus. When we were tired of our adventure hikes the beach club at Reserva was a treat. Staff went the extra mile every single time. Don’t hesitate on this one.

Wonderful Group House at Reserva Conchal

We had a group of 10 young adult friends stay at this home. The bed layout was great for everyone. We had a wonderful kitchen to cook food, great dining tables inside and outside, and a living room that we could all sit and talk or play games. We spent a lot of time at the pool. We would wake up each morning and drink coffee and read books outside. When we were ready we could call the shuttle to take us to the beach. We could also use the pool and some amenities down by the water. While we were here, our concierge helped us book a sunset catamaran tour. Our concierge also helped us book airport transport before we came to Costa Rica. We were here for about 5 days. I would absolutely come back again! Highly recommend!!

Conchal Paradise

We are a group of 12 (3 families), with teenagers ranging from 15-19. Our stay was amazing. The house was everything we imagined and more. The beach club was a bonus with shuttle service. The view was breathtaking every day and we would stay here again and highly recommend. Pura Vida!
