Great stay at Villa Coral

The house was clean, spacious, and located on a quiet lot on the golf course. Beautiful outdoor spaces overlooking the private pool. Vacasa rep was quick to respond on Whats App and checked in regularly, although we did not have any issues while there. The house provides access to the private beach club, which also includes a pool area, two restaurants, gym facility, and other activities. It is a beautiful beach--the club sits in between the two Marriott resorts at Conchal, and was a lot less crowded. We had a great time at the house and club and plan to return in the future.

The property was wonderful but the appliances could be upgraded and the kitchen pops and pans need to be replaced.

This is a great home situated in a very secure part of Costa Rica - a gated community with big trees everywhere and an amazing golf course.

Perfect villa in perfect place

I love reserva conchal, the beach, club and people there are amazing. To top it up, villa coral is peaceful, surrounded by amazing view to the golf course, the pool has perfect temperature and is covered by beautiful trees so you can choose if you want to get some sun or be completely under the shadows of those amazing trees. the place is clean and well stocked, you have a big and comfortable outdoor space with gas grill and plenty of seating space. I could go on, but let's just say next time I manage to gather my family for vacation, this will be our destination again.

Beautiful

Home is beautiful and very comfortable. Host unfortunately did not follow through on several Items we asked him about, was slow to respond or did not respond at all. We made it work, enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Property itself is great. It does need more silverware and cooking utensils as the current offering is very limited. The property manager went missing in action during our stay and we couldn’t communicate at all with him after the first day. When we woke up on the last day there was was no running water in the entire house for several hours. The VACASA administration rejected our request for a late checkout despite the fact that we couldn’t take a shower or eat breakfast until basically an hour before the regular checkout. We had to rush the family out of the property including elderly grandparents. This was very inconsiderate from VACASA.

Impeccably Beautiful. Traditional and Modern.

Villa Coral is impeccably beautiful. I found it to be both traditional and modern. Spacious, clean and full of bright lights. The backyard has an absolutely gorgeous infinity pool and an amazing view of the surrounding trees and the golf course. It was a heavenly break in a safe and gated community. The access to the Playa Conchal beach club and the beach is definitely an added bonus. Bring your own tennis or pickle ball racquets to enjoy more outdoor activities. There was some construction noise next door that interrupted our quiet and peaceful break; but it could be just the timing.

Great Place. House not perfect

The pool with the Howler Monkeys in the trees overhead was perfect. The leaking ceiling and falling paint was not. The location was great. The uninstalled dishwasher not so great. We are pretty good at finding our way around, especially since there were no instructions telling us that we had privileges at the Beach Club at Conchal Reserva. We figured that out ourselves. I am not used to arriving at a rental house to find absolutely no instruction manual. It would have been nice to know that garbage was picked up on Tuesdays which we noticed by accident that day and missed it. Another thing for prospective renters to know. While the pool seemed very private, twice a day the maintenance road passing by the yard was filled with employees in carts and tractors checking into the barn next to this property on their way to and from the fairways. Noisy and distracting. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully the leaking roof can be fixed and the dishwasher installed correctly before the next visitors arrive.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar, amplias habitaciones, todo muy ordenado y limpio; la casa cuenta con lindas vistas desde todos los ángulos; casi que no había necesidad de ir a la playa.100% recomendado!!
