Highly desirable top floor corner unit in Cinnamon Beach aims to please! Finely appointed with room for the entire family, just a few short steps to the beach!!

Enjoy a fantastic vacation by the beach in this spacious condo which boasts over 2000 sq ft of living space, a beautiful fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, 42" cabinets, breakfast nook, elegant dining room, comfortable living area, plush master suite, and a huge open-air balcony overlooking the lake. Living room is filled with board games, puzzles, and WII entertainment system for fun game nights!

The master suite features a lush king bed and enormous master bath with walk-in shower and soak tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located at the front of the property. A queen bed awaits in the 2nd bedroom with private bath. The 3rd bedroom features a set of bunk beds and 2 full beds for kids movie watching and game playing while watching the ocean.

Each bedroom has private access to a full bathroom which is great for families or multiple couples. A separate laundry room allows you to wash your beach towels and swimwear after a long day in the sand!

Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock amenities include a sensational oceanfront pool, lakeside pool with clubhouse and lounge, kids' game room, water park, hot tubs, bar/grill, fitness center, and more! Even better, all these amenities are less than a 5 minute walk.

Cinnamon Beach is a privately gated neighborhood within the exclusive community of Ocean Hammock, a tranquil coastal gem located in Palm Coast, Fl just 25 minutes South of St Augustine, 30 minutes North of Daytona Beach, and 75 minutes East of Orlando. Excellent Accommadations

This property is just as described. The property owner goes above and beyond in communication and hosting. The unit is very spacious making a comfortable space for small family units to have privacy in each bedroom. Easy walk to the beach and pool. The owner has stocked the unit with extra touches that make the vacation very enjoyable. We will definitely return!

This condo was perfect for my son's family. It was right across the parking lot from other condo buildings where other family members were staying. It was very large, and they had a wonderful time there.

Amazing little getaway

The condo was beautiful and very spacious great for a large family has everything you need to cook meals, Having 3 bathrooms was a plus . It’s been 7 years since we had a family vacation and being new grandparents and having all our girls (5) and son-in-law in one place was prefect. The beach was nice (rocks hurt) the pools was a nice we had a amazing time here. Will Do it again hope to get the same condo.

Great Location

We’ve stayed at many VRBO rentals, and this is one of our favorites. Todd is an amazing and accessible host. The condo is very spacious and clean. The pictures don’t do it Justice. We will definitely be back!

Cinnamon Beach Penthouse

We always love our time at Cinnamon Beach! You know you’re in for a special treat when driving through the canopy of trees entering the hidden property of Ocean Hammock! The Cinnamon Beach Penthouse was very comfortable for our family of 8. The unit was fully stocked with anything you could need for your stay (from beach toys to every imaginable cooking appliance!). The condo was just a short walk to the beach, both pools and clubhouse (& grill which was perfect for easy poolside drinks & lunches). Plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores close by. The kids loved finding beautiful (& big!) shells on the beach and boogie boarding on the waves. When not busy outside, the kids had a great time playing with the Wii. We can’t wait for our next family beach vacation in Cinnamon Beach!

Easy, relaxing stay in Beautiful Unit

We loved staying in this apartment. The apartment was very clean, the owners great communicators and everything was smooth as easy. The area is beautiful and pools and beach very relaxing. Guards at gate super friendly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment and for sure will be back visiting this unit.

This property was amazing and so we're the host's. The location of the home was great it was a 2 minute walk to the water and was centrally located to the other amenities of the community. Todd the host was very informative, friendly, and easy to work with. His response time was super quick and spot on. Would definitely recommend and definitely return!!!

Perfect Mother's Day Weekend

The unit was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you could need. Everyone loved it. We saw an eagle and lots of turtles from the balcony, dolphins and turtles in the ocean. The kids loved exploring the rocks and gathering shells but also enjoyed being able to swim further down by the Recreation/Pool which was just a short walk away. The younger ones enjoyed the kiddie pool. A very good experience. The property manager was responsive and very helpful. Would definitely go back.

Great Location and Condo

Our family of 7 (my husband, and I, our 4 kids; ages:14,16,18,20 and my Mother-In-Law) had more than enough room in “The Turtle’s Nest.” The unit was exactly as pictured. It’s decorated beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils and anything else you’d need. The beach was a very short walk from the condo. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the alligators and turtles in the lake. We had Great communication with the hosts from booking to checkout. We highly recommend this condo. We look forward to returning.

Can’t Wait to Return!

We had a small issue at check-in with the room not being ready on time, but after that, our stay was wonderful. This condo has everything you would need in the kitchen from large frying pans to mixing bowls and muffin pans. There is an air fryer, griddle, mixer. Whatever you need, it is there! The master bed was heavenly. My husband said it was the most comfortable bed he has ever slept on, and that’s saying a lot after enjoying beds on cruises and many other hotels. There are games, children’s toys, books, beach chairs and beach toys. The decor is gorgeous. The balcony overlooking the lake is beautiful. We saw alligators, turtles, and an otter on more than one occasion. The short walk to the beach is very convenient. Finally, communication with the owner was always speedy and helpful. We will definitely return!

Wonderful Week Away

Our family stayed here to celebrate the end of the school year and enjoy some much needed rest. The condo was beautiful, very spacious and quiet. The views in every direction were lovely and the balcony was huge and a great spot to look out at the lake and also see some wildlife. The very short walk over to the beach was even closer than we had thought it would be. There were lots of games, puzzles and movies that we all enjoyed. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need, including an air fryer and indoor electric countertop grill that we used several times. There is plenty of room to spread out in this condo as each of the bedrooms are separate from each other and there are also 3 different tables for eating at. We surely had everything we needed and thoroughly loved our week. Also, the neighborhood and beach are very clean and family friendly. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo!

Excellent Beach Condo

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. Plenty of space and very clean. The area is beautiful with a great beach and plenty of unique local restaurants. We would stay here again without any question.
