Beautiful stay!

This location was great for beach access and the community pool location. The condo was clean and spacious, with a beautiful master bathroom. Our friends had a great time and we would highly recommend. Looks exactly like the photos.

Beautifully decorated and well maintained property! Near the beach, Saint Augustine and lots of activities! We enjoyed the deck with it’s peaceful view! This one is terrific!

I appreciated the starter TP, paper towels and Kleenex. There were plenty of bath towels and the sheets on the beds were very soft. We vacationed over Christmas and it was too chilly to use all of the nice beach chairs and gear stored in the bedroom closet.

Nice Location and Amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice quite complex to relax by the beach or pool. We did not use the kid pool but if we had smaller children it would be a nice pool to hang out by all day. We took 2 day trips to St. Augustine and Flagler from this location and not that far to go on A1. Condo was clean and within walking distance to the beach access (2min) and pool (5 min). You can drive down and park by the pool it you would like to do that instead. When we stayed we cooked in most nights and found we had everything we needed to cook with, expect pot holders:) It does have an electric grill on the deck which was nice. Would stay here again.

Great condo, great location, a few minor complaints

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful condo. Very spacious, very comfortable and homey. Great balcony with a serene view of the ponds in the neighborhood. Balcony furniture was very comfortable as well. It was also nice having an ample supply of bath and beach towels. A few minor complaints, it would be nice to have a small supply of basics like dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, sugar, foil, plastic wrap, etc. For a stay that only lasted a few days we didn't appreciate having to buy these basics. Also, the kitchen did not a have any knives for cooking, only a set of steak knives. Last, there was only one beach chair. We would rather had none or a supply adequate for the household (4-6). Overall a great stay, we would stay here again!

Not great.

The condo itself is nice inside with a view out to the pond behind. On our arrival we were, unfortunately, greeted by a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. We were planning for Christmas dinner at the condo but that required us to go shopping for a knife (biggest one there was a steak knife) and spices (not even a grain of salt for guests to use). The bathrooms were also poorly stocked- no shampoo, only small bars of hand soap and a total of 2 rolls of TP in the entire unit. The patio is nice with good sun but the number of other folks staying nearby with barking dogs was a big minus. Upon checkout they want you to start the laundry with towels and sheets but, by asking you to be out by 10, makes that difficult. I also can see why we found dirty dishes on our arrival because the 3 (three!) dishwasher pods just isn’t enough for a family for 5 days (especially when you have to wash the dishes from the guests before you. To sum up- nice place, close to the beach (3min walk), close to pools (when they are open- one was closed for part of our stay) with too many noisy dogs, very poorly stocked, and questionable cleanliness since we arrived to dirty dishes. You can probably find a better place for a family getaway.

Awesome condo!

The condo is very nice and perfect for families. The beach is close. We loved both of the pools. It has hair dryers and beach towels which aren’t listed. I could have left ours at home. We would definitely book again.

I wish we would have know about the boulders on the beach however, making it very dangerous to get in to the ocean to enjoy. It’s fine if you only want to sun bathe. It was a good location to travel between St Augustine and Daytona.

Beautiful Condo - Beautiful Beach!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! It was very clean, very tastefully decorated, and very easy to walk to the beach from. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the big pond. We saw an alligator, lots of turtles and birds, and even some sort of otter! We will definitely keep this place in mind for future beach vacations.

We loved this place!

We had a wonderful experience at Cinnamon Beach! The property is immaculate and is in a very safe area. It is close to the beach and a short walk to the pool. The property managers were very helpful and came to meet us in person when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hammock Beach oasis

This is a wonderful three bedroom condo at Hammock Beach. Definitely clean and well appointed for family fun and we would be happy to stay here again. Only issue we had was they were painting the building during our stay so we could not use the balcony or keep the curtains open. But, most of your time is spent on the beach or at the pool!

Absolute Paradise!

Cinnamon Beach is a private paradise behind gates! The condo faces a lovely lake, and the ocean is just right across the street. High ceilings and large rooms add to the beauty and comfort of the home.

Perfect Stay

I was in Palm Coast for a medical conference and stayed in this property for the week. I brought my husband and two teenagers with me it was a wonderful property for a great price! I was very surprised at how safe, well-kept, and nice the property was. Parking was super easy and the grounds were beautiful. We will definitely be back!
