A terrace to take meals or rest, 2 bedrooms with new bedding, cupboards and wardrobes, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine, 1 separate toilet. A large living room with an open fitted kitchen (no dishwasher). Outside, a totally private landscaped area with a secure entrance by a motorized gate, an arbour, table and chairs, an above-ground swimming pool, diameter 5m50, a barbecue, a parking lot. Our animal friends are not accepted. In this beautiful Périgord village, you will find several restaurants, a baker, 2 grocery stores, a hairdresser. The market takes place every Tuesday morning. Our rental is located 3 minutes walk from the Nautical Base where you can practice several sports: skiing, paddle, canoes, pedal boats, and also 5 minutes walk from the mini golf, with bike rental. All shops 12 kms (15 mins): LALINDE – LE BUGUE – LE BUISSON. Visits: 40 kms from LASCAUX 4, SARLAT, LA ROGUE GAGEAC, 28 Kms from BERGERAC, 1H50 from Bordeaux, Many castles (Monbazillac, Milandes, Beynac, Commarque (often seen on TV) etc...), bastides, chasms or prehistoric caves surround us but also the beaches of the Dordogne. Golf at 14 kms. Large Markets with local products nearby: Le Bugue on Tuesdays – Lalinde on Thursdays – Le Buisson: on Fridays and many others. Festivities: Nearby, Gourmet Markets (large nocturnal gathering to spend a very good convivial moment around a table and dance).
