Went to convention with three coworkers. The place was amazing. Clearly it was just refreshed. I would definitely recommend. Also working with the management company could not have been a better experience. My only very small complaint is the pool cues have no tips!

House was very used by a lot of people. Blinds were broken in the half bath. Curtains leading out to the pool were very black and dirty. Air conditioner on the main floor wasn’t working properly based on the settings. The entire neighborhood has a feel of being in an apartment complex. Would not stay here again.

Great vacation

Beautiful house, great location, my family and I enjoyed our stay. The only bad thing I could say is there were no tv's in the bedrooms except for the master bedroom, living room and upstairs loaf.

Awesome Location to all of Disney World and Universal

We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the house was. Very clean! We loved having our private pool and hot tub. A short drive to Disney World parks and Universal. I would definitely stay there again.

House was great! Neighbors were noisy.

We really enjoyed the location and the house overall. The house is just over a year old, so everything was still new and fresh. It was very clean. The only gripe is that it appears that other renters on either side of the house enjoy showing up on Friday and Saturday nights to party it up with pool music. The property managers were supportive by providing us with the non-emergency phone number if needed, which it was not needed because we were able to discuss with neighbors on both sides. Overall a great house and location

Great, large house!

What a beautiful house!!! This spacious house is perfect for a vacation get-away! We had ample space and the bedrooms were so comfortable! I would have loved to have had a more comfortable couch downstairs. It was functionable but not great to sit and watch a football game. ( I know who goes on vacation to watch football......we do!!!) With a house that sleeps 12, I think you need to add a few more pots and pans. There was no large skillet. Please make sure there are trash bags as well. Other than that, this was a wonderful house. It was super clean and comfortable. It is also a great location!!!

It was very clean. The kitchen could have used more equipment especially silver ware. We had to clean out the ice maker that was stuck with a big chunk of solid ice. Also the dryer may need to be checked. It needed to run for several hours in order to dry anything even partially. I suspect lint is stuck in vent. And the other thing was noisy neighbors which I know was not your fault! Seems like it may have been a wedding party in the streets until 2:30 AM with vehicles squealing tires and revving engines. Our experience was great and we would definitely rebook if we come again!

Beware! Read the idiocy. Also, bring your own paper towels!

Manager sends you an onerous document that you have to sign to get the door code two days before arrival, but after all cancelation options are gone. They claim it is Florida law. Total lie! Here is the worst section that you will have to agree to - I AGREE to maintain sanitation in my reserved unit by ensuring my party washes all persons, personal belongings, AND THE UNIT ITSELF, in order to provide a clean and safe You will have to agree to clean the entire unit. WOW, stay away. Here are some questions. Idiotic. Especially the one about traveling more than 25 miles. If we didn't travel more than 25 miles, why would we book the unit? 1. Has anyone in your party experienced a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, muscle pain, or a loss of taste and/or smell within the past 14 days? YES NO 2. Has anyone in your party been living, visiting, or otherwise been exposed to anyone with a fever or a cough in the past 14 days? YES NO 3. Has anyone in your party traveled more than 25 miles from their home in the past 14 days? YES NO 4. Has anyone in your party traveled internationally in the past 14 days? YES NO 5. Has anyone in your party failed to practice safe social distancing, proper handwashing, or any other recommended precaution in the past 14 days? YES NO 6. Has anyone in your party resided in or visited a U.S. state with a COVID-19 case rate of more than 700 cases per 100,000 residents? YES NO I acknowledge that I have read CDC’s considerations for travelers regarding coronavirus in the U.S

Overall great!

Everything was great. Property was clean and looked just like the pictures. However, if you plan on Using the hot tub make sure you inquire about the additional charge or you will not be able to heat it. Once we paid the fee they turned it on for us promptly.

Very Spacious..but

The house was nice, the pictures don’t do it it justice. Beds are comfortable, the place was clean. The only gripe I have is the pool sticks don’t have tips at all so we could not play pool. Reached out and was told that they would pass it on to maintenance. That doesn’t really help me if you plan to fix it for the next groups stay.

Great place for traveling with friends

The communication with the management was great and promptly responded to any questions I had. The property was very clean and had a lot of space. Definitely a party neighborhood so expect it to be a little noisy. Overall a nice place to stay with good proximity to the theme parks.

Perfect for a group of friends looking to just relax for a week

The house was awesome, very clean very spacious very comfortable. We set up a projector screen in the back yard and watched movies from the pool. The neighboring houses watched as well lol. The neighborhood is a party neighborhood. There is no concern with being noisy outside until the Crack of dawn because everyone else is too. There is a target within walking distance which was our main source of supplies so it was perfect. All rooms/bathrooms were very clean and cozy. I gave communication with the property manager a 5 because everything was perfect from beginning to end that I never had to contact anyone.

This house was perfect for our stay. We were a group of 12, 3 separate family’s and there was more than enough space. We really appreciated the private pool and jacuzzi. We were literally less than 15 minutes from Disney. I messaged the contact and they were super prompt in replying and very helpful. The only thing I would say would be nice would be if the property had a grill outside as some of the other properties. I would definitely go this route again for a future visit to Disney.

The home was huge and beautifully decorated. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Overall enjoyable stay for our group though.

The Resort is close to Downtown Disney, where you can find AMC Theaters, Cirque du Soleil, Disney Quest, Splitsville Bowling, the Lego Store, as well as an array of restaurants, bars, shopping stores, and many other activities for kids, such as a carrousel, train rides, Lego building, splash pads, etc.

The Lake Buena Vista Outlet, Premium Outlets, and 24 Hours Super Center Wal-Mart, Super Target, OLD TOWN which has many rides and fun things to do. Also at Old Town, you can take the Busch Gardens bus that takes you straight to the park for free. All you need is your park admission to get on.
