Can’t decide between the beach or Disney vacation? Get the best of both worlds in this fresh and beachy property in Windsor Hills Resort. You will want to spend all your time relaxing in the salt water heated pool and spa after a fun day at the parks. Windsor Hills Resort is THE BEST location. Do not spend time sitting in traffic. Enjoy the convenience of dining and groceries within just a couple minutes from the house. only 2 miles to Disney gates! Quick entrance to I4 to head to Universal Studios or Sea World. The new Universal Epic Universe theme park is just 15 miles away! Windsor Hills is a family friendly gated community with quiet hours after 11pm to ensure you are rested up for the all the fun you have planned for your vacation.

This house is perfectly situated so the pool has full sun during the day but the patio table is nice and cool in the shade. This home has ample green space and a waking trail behind it separating you from rear neighbors.

Beach Vibes has plenty of room for 12 guests and includes 2 Living Rooms, a separate game room with its own AC/heat, 6 Bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. This includes three king bedrooms (2 en-suite), 2 bedrooms with 2 twins, and 1 queen bedroom. The home also comes with 1 pack-N-play and stroller for convenience. TVs are in all the rooms with either cable, Roku or Amazon fire sticks included. Free WiFi.

On-site amenities like the community pool with water slides, pickle ball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, putting green, community game room, theater and walking trails are for your enjoyment. Community pool includes a snack shop to grab some quick food or drinks, ice-cream, sunscreen & towels.

An experienced very responsive local property manager will ensure your trip is exceptional!

Wonderful Home

Thank you Nathan for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. The location was perfect for our trips to Disney and Universal. The pool was the perfect temp and my husband loved coming back from the parks and enjoying the hot tub. It was clean and comfortable and the kids loved the pool table. We will definitely book again the next time we plan to be in Orlando.

Great place for large family

Very nice home in great location. Close to all the attractions and close to stores for anything you might have forgotten or need to purchase once you arrive. All amenities are as advertised in the listing and the photos in the listing are accurate in terms of the house itself. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had both before and during our stay which was great. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home to host large family like our group of 9 folks. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, large kitchen and a nice pool with a hot tub. Just what you need for a Florida vacation with kids of all ages.

Family Celebration Station

We had a great time! We were celebrating an anniversary and 3 milestone birthdays. The house was perfect for what we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big. The location was excellent for Disney and so close to Walmart for supplies. Thanks for making our trip so spectacular!

Disney Trip

The house was fantastic. Clean and roomy. Pool was great and perfect for refreshing after a day at the parks. We had a couple of very minor issues that the owner resolved almost immediately. The location was perfect for going to and from Disney and around the corner from a Super Walmart. We loved is and will stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This property was perfect. It had everything we needed. It is very close to Disney World, Walmart, Starbucks, and other restaurants/gas stations. It is located in a nice area. My children really loved the Harry Potter room. We loved having our own pool and hot tub. The property manager was very quick to respond and help with any questions we had. This is one of the nicer homes in Windsor Hills Resort. I would definitely bring my family here again.

Family getaway

First the communication with Nathan was exceptional. The home is very spacious with lots of areas to have some quiet time, if needed. Lots of TV's. Windsor Hills is very well kept with a security gate which is well maintained. Love the palm trees! The pool and hot tub were used and enjoyed by all. Groceries, restaurants and things to do all within a close proximity. I am happy I chose this property!

Fabulous stay January 2023

Our family of 8 started the New Year with an amazing holiday for Disney and all the activities offered in the Kissimee area. The house is conveniently located close to all the activities and is exactly as described. It exceeded our expectations! Everything needed for a wonderful family stay was provided. Great bedrooms, lots of spaces for individual needs, fully equipped kitchen for great family meals, pool table and games room that the guys especially enjoyed. And a great area outside for eating, playing in the pool and relaxing in the spa (especially great after long days at Disney)! Quiet and relaxing - It very quickly became our home away from home. As well, being located within the Windsor Hills Resort gave us access to the large community pool, kids water play area, snack bar, theatre and games area. An additional fun resort vibe. Nathan is truly a "Premium host". He immediately responded to our questions and requests for any information. Everything - five stars for sure! We will be returning. Trish, Chuck and Family

CLEAN & Spacious Home! GREAT Location! 10/10

We travel to the Disney area annually for cheer competitions for the past 10 years. Some years hotels, but prefer renting a home for comfort and ease. This home was perfect-one of the best homes for our needs in all of our years of cheer travel! We were 3 families (moms and grandma and teen girls). Nathan is an exceptional host. His communication and attention to detail honestly sold me from day 1. In all my years of renting from owners he is one of the very best. Easy to get ahold of, timely in information and responses, and very thoughtful too. He really helps and has thought of everything as a host. The house was exactly as photographed; well-kept and EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN! There was a bounty of nice white towels for our needs (not just one towel per person as in some houses) and also separate pool towels for our use-bonus! The kitchen was well stocked with most things we needed. The location of the house to stores made grocery runs or odds/ends super easy. It is truly the best location in my opinion for anything Disney! The neighborhood is very secure which I appreciated and the grounds are well maintained. The house is towards the back of the neighborhood yet only a 2 min drive to the main gate or the club house and pool. The added green space behind the house was truly a nice aspect-privacy and calm. Would book and stay here again -it was perfect for our needs! Thank you Nathan for everything-we will be back next year!

Great communication! Clean and spacious.

Overall great stay! The property was clean. The game room temp was great as was the pool table. I was glad to find tons of towels in the closet. Mattresses and pillows were ok. Washer and dryer were great. Walmart is close by. House pool was clean and a great temperature in June. Community pool is a ways away but was great. Tip - don’t check in on a Saturday night in this community! The car line we saw was loooong! Also, the community only allows 3 cars per property at a time and the gate crew are strict. We tried to have family over for dinner and they turned a car away and would not let them park at the community center. We just shuttled them from their home nearby. Overall the community is stringent but it keeps the neighborhood nice. The house is great. I’d stay here again. Best surprise - I had a few questions and the owner’s response time was fast and courteous every single time!

Multi-family Disney vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Windsor Hills. The proximity to Disney was perfect and the property and amenities were great for our family with kids. We stayed with four young children and five adults, and the house is easily large enough for everyone to have their own space. The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect House / Homeowners Great

The property has been updated and is very clean. The homeowners were very easy to work with whenever questions came up. It's one of the nicer properties within Windsor Hills. I've stayed within the community (7) times now at various places. It was perfect for our combined work trip / family vacation!

Ideal family vacation house

We had a wonderful time. Easy access minor issues addressed immediately. Family loved the pool, kids had a great time at community pool slides. Lots of room for everyone. Good location with groceries and restaurants close. Definitely would rent again.

Even nicer than the pictures look

Very nice, very clean, beautiful and spacious place. Way better than any overpriced, overhyped, cramped Disney World Resort hotel rooms. Friendly, helpful owner. The beds could’ve been more comfortable, but overall, there really aren’t many things to complain about with this well-kept, quite and well appointed property.

Team Disney Vacation

There were small issues that were immediately addressed and taken care of by the property manager and the owner. I’ve always stayed at Windsor Resort while in Orlando. I have never met a property owner as attentive as Nathan. Book this home and you can’t go wrong !

Great house owner and property manager!

We stayed with our family at the house for 6 nights. Great location, house is well maintained. Owner and property manager are very responsive and took care of any issues that came up!!! There are plenty of houses to choose from in Windsor hills, almost all are the same so I want to always go back to a house that has a good owner/property manager and this one is that.....
