The room was very clean and the photos were accurate! Easy check-in! Amazing sunset views from large lanai! Easy walk to the beach with convenient beach chairs and umbrella rentals! We are coming back for sure!

Everything good except mattresses

Great view of gulf. We would love to stay there again next year. But hope they have better mattresses by then. Great property.., great access to beach. The desk manager was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Great place and location

Very nice condo, several great restaurants a short walk away. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The hot tub was a perfect way to end a spring day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view and location

Loved the condo - super cute - had everything we needed and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely rent here again.

Cute little place!

Cute little place with great ocean view! Had everything we needed for a short stay. Overall very clean except the floors need a good scrub, other than that it was great. Close to restaurants and walk to the beach was not long!

Great location!

Location was great, easily walkable to restaurants and shops. The beach itself was a bit of a walk, but not too bad since the sand is hard packed. We used all of the amenities (pool, hot tub, outside showers to rinse from the beach, the grill). It was nothing fancy, but it was clean and just as pictured and described and all we needed for a quick get away for the 6 of us. The views from the balcony were great too including the sunsets!

Loved it!

This property was in a great location with a beautiful view, quick access to the beach and plenty to do within walking distance. The room was excellent. We had a couple of uncontrollable issues with a washer leak and power outage that affected 1/2 the strip but resort management was very helpful and accommodating. We loved our stay!

Place was clean, and as described. It would be nice for some beach chairs to be provided. We left an umbrella at the condo when we left.

Loved the place! Loved the views! Couple of things need to be repaired - shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles leaked into the tub of the master bath. Master bath could use a safety bar for getting in and out of the tub. Surge protector kept going off where the coffee pot was plugged in so the coffee was never ready in the morning. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent spot on the beach!

All was as advertised. On a beautiful wide beach. No road to cross; no tricky angled pictures that might leave you disappointed. Beach towels provided. Chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach. Communal pool was heated and nice albeit on the small side (but the ocean is right there)! Communal hot tub is also small- had no appeal for us. Furnishings are very nice. Comfy and in very good condition. Each br has 1 queen bed. We did not try the sofa bed. Kitchen has enough gear to make small meals and has a full sized dishwasher. Plenty of plates, cups and flatware. Coffee maker uses a cone filter. The coffee maker is the least nice item in the unit, which is a shame bc so many of us love coffee. High end rental unit with a $14 coffee maker. No k-cup or pod coffee maker in unit (there is a k-cup unit in the condo lobby during business hours. Not very useful for us). Great location. Walking distance to several great restaurants. Overall really recommend. My critiques were very minor and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect for what I wanted for a beach weekend. Clean, comfortable and with an awesome beach view balcony. I just wish the price was less so I could have stayed longer!
