Memorial weekend getaway

The condo was exactly what we expected! Location was great for boat rentals and the beach. The check-in/out process was smooth. The sunsets were amazing!

Excellent Property

Very enjoyable stay and just as advertised. Great restaurants within walking distance. Balcony did heat up in afternoon with sun blasting in, but that is Florida in August!

Family vacation

Great location nice property. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only drawback was people smoking on their patio below us made it unpleasant for us to sit outside at times. We were told it is a no smoking property.

I’d stay again, amazing location

The location is fantastic and beachfront. The building is visibly a bit dated (screens in windows are worn for example), and the furniture is not the best, but not the worst. Most importantly it is clean. Also the staff were accommodating and flexible which was very much appreciated. The location makes up for any flaws, and I’d be more than happy to stay here again.

Wonderful!

The property had a great location! The only thing we can consider an inconveniece is how much of a walk there is to get to the beach but that’s not the property’s fault tho. Other than that everything was spectacular!!!!

Great place

The place was great. Everything we needed but a skillet. No bacon and eggs for breakfast They only had 4 pans but we eat out most of the time. Everything else was great. Would stay there again! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great All Around

We had a wonderful time at the Surf Beach Resort. It was clean and fully stocked with plates, pots, bath towels, beach towels and more. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was nice too. The sunsets were amazing! The location was perfect. We had icecream from the shop across the street almost every night and there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance or a short car ride. Publix grocery is just a block or so away which was fantastic. We went into John's Pass to check out the boardwalk. We parasailed and paddle boarded! The condo was on the 5th floor, but the elevator made that easy. We had a small issue with the shower drain, but it was addressed and taken care of right away. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Time for an update

Check in was smooth, view is amazing, condo is much older and smaller than the listing picture indicates. The condo was clean but is not aging well, so didn’t feel clean? Easy walk to shops, St Johns Boardwalk and the beach. It was nice enough, but replacing things like the rusted towel racks in bathrooms, cleaning doors from dirt and replacing old, dirty baseboards would go along way to making this condo feel like it has had an update. No handrails in bathtub or shower - and the front door was SO hard to open - my husband had to put his shoulder into it to get it to open. Liked the area but probably would not repeat our stay at this listing.

Great weekend trip

Exactly as described. Great location, easy check in and out, perfect for our family of 5 over the holiday weekend. Close enough to everything to be convenient, but far enough away to be private. We will be back!
