RENOVATED with a Designer Touch beachfront condo. Wow!!! This gorgeous beachfront condo is guaranteed to please! Two bedroom two bathroom condo features shaker style white kitchen and bathroom cabinets; quartz countertops; stainless steel appliances; washer/dryer and ceramic wood plank flooring throughout. Dining area adjoins the living area with a 48” Smart TV, leather queen sleeper sofa, swirl chair with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom offers ensuite bath with shower, king bed, 47” Smart TV with views of the beach. Second bedroom has a queen bed with smaller Smart TV. Unwind and enjoy the stunning sunsets in the elevated seating on the Beachfront balcony. Shopping, recreation, restaurants, beaches and entertainment are within walking distance. This tropical location will accommodate all of your family vacation needs.

Probably one of the nicest condos I have stayed in! Very clean and upgraded, beautiful views from balcony. Staff were amazing and beach was great. Perfect location with a lot of shops and restaurants near by! Will definitely stay again!

Great beach location

Great property. Perfect for our group of three, but could have fit up to 5 comfortably. 5 minute walk to the beach through the sand. It’s an easy walk. Beach is great. Sugar sand and the water is perfect. Really close to lots of great restaurants too.

Beautiful view!

Everything was incredible. We will absolutely book again in the future. The front desk was very helpful, the check in process was easy. The condo itself was great, although heads up, the outlets don’t work in the kitchen (I’m sure they will fix this, they are very responsive). Amazing view, very clean pool, everything was perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable stay, amazing view, family-friendly

Great stay at a place that thought of everything— including big and small things - to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The beach was a bit of a walk, but still very manageable. This has the comforts of renting a condo with the conveniences of a hotel. We didn’t have to worry about removing bed sheets, gathering towels, etc. but still had all the amenities of a house. Also, great price for the amenities.

Nice!

We were lucky enough to be the first guests in this new remodeled unit. It was great. A little smaller than we expected, but that had no effect on how much we enjoyed the unit. It is truly beachfront. Heated pool and spa. What more can you ask for? Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and balcony

Great location. Great view. Great check in and check out process. Pool is only ok. A couple towels were dirty or had hair on them. The sheets were scratchy. The location and balcony are amazing and make up for the towels and sheets. I will recommend.

Checked in late but got detailed instructions as to how to get our room cards. The condo was very clean with everything we needed in full kitchen, fully stocked with utesils, toaster, coffee maker and Kurig. Baths had soaps, shampoos and conditioner. And also included beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. A bit of a long walk in the sand to the beach, but good for exercise! Heated clean pool and hot tub. Fantastic views of the ocean and sunsets.. Friendly and helpful staff. Very short walking distance to great restaurants, delicious ice cream, gift shop and Publix grocery store. Very easy 30 min drive from Tampa Intl Airport. Beautiful place!!

Very Disappointed, won’t ever go back.

To say we were very disappointed with the condition of this condo would be an understatement. The furniture and carpet was stained and soiled. There was rust and peeling paint in the bathrooms. The pull out sofa had broken springs. The sheets were soiled with what looked like blood stains. The toilets would not flush properly. The locks on the bathroom doors were faulty. Save your money and do not stay in this condo.

We have Housekeeping and Maintenance on site available every day. Had you come to us and expressed your concerns with us we would have been able to take care of your housekeeping and maintenance issues that same day. You did not bring any of these issues to us until you returned back home.

Nice room, good view.

The room was nice and clean. Missing some starter items such as dishwasher pods, salt/pepper, etc. but nothing major. The washing machine wasn’t working well, but the resort was great at offering another vacant room to use until the technician was able to get it fixed. Walking distance to get groceries and to John’s Pass. Overall, nice room that fit our needs well. My biggest concern was a group of what appeared to be homeless individuals that sat outside the resort and “lived” in the natural growth on the beach. They would fight and use inappropriate/vulgar language that many families including mine had to hear or witness. Not sure there’s much the rental property can do about it but it was something that started every morning as I sat on the balcony.

Uninhabitable Conditions and Appalling Customer Service

Our stay at this property was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Upon arrival, the suite smelled strongly of raw sewage. The front desk manager knew about this issue (caused by hurricane damage months ago) but still checked us in, calling it “the nicest suite in the building.” The odor was so overwhelming that we felt sick immediately and had to stand in the hallway.When we called the front desk, the manager dismissed our concerns and sent housekeeping with air fresheners, which was not a solution—especially since I’m allergic. Despite our repeated requests to be moved, the manager was rude, dismissive, and hung up on us multiple times. Anita, the housekeeper, was amazing, helping us advocate to the manager for another room, though the one offered was unclean and occupied. Anita cleaned it herself, going above and beyond to help us.Additional issues included a broken dryer, no sponge for dishes, a shared shower due to broken fixtures, and an elevator that was out 75% of our stay, making the building inaccessible for our elderly guest.The front desk manager’s unhelpfulness and dismissive attitude made everything worse. The only compensation offered was a cleaning fee refund, which was unacceptable given the conditions. This property is poorly maintained, and the management is not guest-focused. Avoid at all costs!

We immediately moved you to another condo and you seemed happy that we were able to do this so quickly and yes we were able to process a refund of the clean fee immediately as a courtesy for your troubles.

Clean place, great view. However, i guess due to timing of trip, the place was very overpriced and was actually very moderate place based on other travel we do. View was fantastic. Very clean. but, overall the building appears very moderate and the room is average. i would not categorize as luxury. But nice

Great location. Unit as expected. Most Beach chairs broken but we managed. Convenience items ready for you on arrival… dish soap, shower items, etc. all you need to keep it simple and relax.

We loved our say at Treasure Island's Surf Beach Resort. Beach area was a long walk in the sand for anyone with any mobility issues.
