Relaxing and Comfortable

Everything about this condo was as advertised. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Check-in was a breeze. The pool area was well maintained. Parking was easy. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

Right on the beach with excellent views to wake up to. Dunkin’ Donuts across the street was convenient for coffee and Publix was .3 miles away. Would stay here again.

Great spot

Condo was just as advertised. Has everything you could need for a week stay or even longer. Setup was like a hotel as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was all provided. Even had beach towels for use. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There were also two beach chairs in the unit to use.

Beautiful property on the beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Surf Beach. The rooms were clean, modern, and included all of the amenities we needed. The property was well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will certainly recommend Surf Beach to friends and family for their next trip to Tampa.

Relaxing

The few days we spent here were quite relaxing (our 4th time in this building). Though hot, the shade on the morning patio allowed you to enjoy some wonderful outdoor time with a view of the Gulf. We have always recommended this property for its convenience and location.

We overall all enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and exactly as listed. The property managers on site were extremely pleasant and answered all questions we had including which restaurants in the area were good.

Long Weekend at the Beach!

Perfect spot to relax at the ocean. Condo is exactly as advertised and perfect for 3-4 adults. Enjoyed ease of getting chairs and umbrella's beachside. Sloppy Joe's for breakfast facing ocean is a must. We will definitely be back.

4th of July fireworks

Great place to watch the fireworks. A few good places to eat within walking distance. I do not agree that a 2 br should only have one parking place AND, the place offered to park is right at $50.00 a day, That stinks! The beach was wonderful, just a pretty good walk from condo.

Good view of the beach.

The building was right in the center of the business district of the island. Everything was available, but it was somewhat busy. The unit had a beautiful view, but it was a somewhat long walk the beach. The unit had everything you needed, and was well-maintained.

Wonderful

Everything was great. The only thing I can suggest is adding a code for the door to enter the condo versus hotel like cards. This would avoid you having to worry about loosing the card and having to pay $50 to let you in if it’s after hours.

Vacation

Overall it's in a great location, beach is beautiful, the view from the balcony was incredible. Only down fall was the dishes and utensils were rinsed not washed when put away. We had to wash them before using in the dishwasher. The other issue was good and bad, the bed linens were very heavy on the Clorox very over powering. I understand why they do this but it need a longer rinse. Over all 4 stars, fix the few items and it would have been 5 stars.

Perfect location

The view is wonderful! Perfect place to watch the beach action and the sunset on the balcony. Loved the smaller size of the resort. It was very easy to navigate. We had 2 couples staying for 3 nights. The condo had just what we needed. We enjoyed the walking the beach and took advantage of cabana rentals. There is a one mile paved walk between the resorts and beach that was a great walking trail for exercise. We walked to restaurants in the area and drove out to John’s Pass to look for dolphins (unfortunately didn’t see any). Would definitely rent here again.

Just what we were looking for

Perfect location and property met all our needs. Peaceful balcony overlooking beach and sound of waves all night, and nightlife within walking or short drive for some. Super clean condo with new kitchen , washer and dryer . Cannot say enough about attentive and friendly staff!!!! Thank you!!!
