Beautiful home

Our group consisted of five adults, taking a break from the Wisconsin winter. The home is beautiful with a wonderful pool, which was comfortably warm. The kitchen has a large assortment of dishes, utensils, gizmos and gadgets.

Home is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. The home, however, is in need of a deep cleaning along with a deep cleaning of the pool and lanai area. The beds all appeared to have clean sheets and the bathrooms cleaned but everything else could use some attention. The property manager never responded to our message when we had trouble with the code upon check in. Thankfully after numerous attempts we were able to get the code to work on the garage. It never worked on the main house door. Door lock looks as though it also needs attention or replaced. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the area.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The home was nice and very clean and comfortable. Loved the mattress in the master bedroom… it was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the lanai was very nice. I only wish I would have been provided with a garage door remote. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Wonderful, even better than expected

We have high expectations when it comes to vacation rentals and this one exceeded! Communication, check in and out, cleanliness, amenities, the list goes on. Nothing fancy just comfort and relaxation! The house has everything you could want or need. We will be back often!

First time in Cape Coral

This location was conveniently located to many stores and restaurants. However, it did not appear to be the cleanest. The sheets in the room with the guitar was soiled and looked slept in so I had to change them. All of the beds had mixed sets on them. There was a cookie in the bathroom vanity drawer.

Not as in pictures

The outside pool area was filthy. Had to wear shoes or feet would be black. Needs a good cleaning. Rikki bat shown in picture was broken. The carpet and rugs need shampooing as the entry way to the bedroom was from black feet. Black hair in bathroom. Finger marks all over stove and microwave. Garage was a clutter mess. Handles on door broken patio. No working fan in bedroom with broken one thrown in closet. Moved table and paper and toy underneath. Clearly wasn’t moved for vacuuming. Not impressed with cleaning. Pool was beautiful.

Vacation

Cute home, inside was beautiful, nicely decorated. Plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked. Had paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Master bathroom lighting very dark. Had to replace light bulb in shower ourselves. No where could we find what WiFi to use, found password though. So have to scroll through all WiFi options till you find the right one. I would suggest a three ring binder with information/instructions. Or laminated and hang on fridge. Plenty of towels. No beach towels. Bed was comfortable (master only used). Location was convenient for what we needed. Down side was Lanai was dirty, furniture was broken, legs on chairs and lounges. Blue lounges pictured-was only one and was all ripped and filthy. not as displayed in pictures. Needs a good power wash. Furniture needs to be replaced. Grill was iffy. Pool temperature was amazing. Loved being in the pool. No float devices for adults. A few for children. Dock was broken hanging down in canal in places. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Just was not as displayed in photos on lanai. And that is where we spend most of our time. Reached out to Ted regarding lighting and wifi, and never received a response ever. Thanks for sharing your home. I hope you can work on fixing lanai issues and you would have a 5 star place. As for now Id say 2-3 stars for Lanai and lack of communication.

Wirklich schön

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus wirklich genossen, es war fast alles vorhanden. Uns fehlte ein Toaster, den haben wir gekauft und im Haus belassen, ebenso die gekauften Schwimmnudeln. Die Uhren im Wohnzimmer und im Poolbereich haben wir instandgesetzt. Jetzt läuft alles wieder. Die Zimmer sehen genau so wie auf den Fotos aus. Negativ sind zwei Punkte: Die Betten im Master waren extrem weich, so das wir Rückenschmerzen bekamen, außerdem haben wir morgens an den Beinen Stiche oder Bisse gehabt. Konnten wir uns nicht erklären. Am Abreisetag hatten wir einen sehr späten Rückflug, nämlich um 20.50 Uhr. Wir haben den Vermieter 2 mal vor Abflug schriftlich gebeten, ob wir noch einige Stunden länger im Haus bleiben könnten, leider haben wir nie eine Antwort erhalten. Das fanden wir sehr schade.

Had the best time here and the owner very nice and helpful! Absolutely loved the pool and Lanai! The Wicked Dolphin was a fun Tour Check out their Rum and how it’s made! Neighbors very nice also! Thanks Ted for letting us use your place for the Month of March! Highly Recommend!

January stay

Great time for the month of January. Check in easy good communication with Ted. The few things that needed attention were discussed with Ted separately. Location is good with some road noise from Del Prado but you get used to it. The canal is gorgeous and the pool is great. Central location for lots of day trips to everywhere within 1.5 hours of Cape Coral. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks Ted for sharing your home with us.

Cape Coral Home Away From Home

The space, amenities and cleanliness of this home is exceptional! Location is perfect for our visit with family in Cape Coral. Owner was very responsive to our questions re: resetting the Nest thermostat. Very clean pool and spacious lanai area —- too bad the cool weather at night didn’t warm the water enough to swim during our visit. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great Property In Cape Coral

House was beautiful inside and had a great layout! The only thing that was missing or I couldn't find was a blow dryer, but Ted offered to get us one ASAP. I declined though but the communication with him was great. I loved the pool and the canal view and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Lovely property! Thank you Ted!
