Top Location w/direct gulf access. Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms


This amazing house is situated on a triple lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, The house, has an oversized heated pool, with water features and a sun or lounge area in the shallow end. The expansive lanai has a TV, as well as lounging area and a 6 person dining table. The outdoor spaces alone are worth the trip.... You may never want to go back inside..

The 4 Bedrooms consist of a King in the master, two bedrooms with queen size beds and a 4th bedroom with full size adult bunk beds. All 4 rooms have hard doors and closets.

Both bathrooms were remodeled in Oct 2020. The Master now has a roughly 4 x 8 walk in luxury shower, as well as new commode and new vanity. The second full bathroom does have a traditional shower/tub configuration. The kitchen was also updated in Oct 2020. We expect to have updated pics in Mid April.. Its been hard to get a photographer in the house due to busy rental calendar.

The house has a 12 ton electric boat lift and the property has direct "sailboat" access (No bridges) out to the Caloosahatchee River and then strait on down to the Gulf of Mexico.

Absolutely loved this house! Quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed. Kids spent a lot of time catching catfish off the dock. House was really well stocked for a Vrbo. Spices, condiments, multiple coffee makers, plenty of dishes, towels (including beach towels!), extra sheets, comfy beds and did I mention GARAGE ACCESS!! My Ford Expedition even fit! Outdoor area was huge and the perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning. Thank you Scott for a wonderful stay!

Family Spring Break

We were looking to get a way for a little spring break trip in the sunshine. Scott’s property did not disappoint! The pool was absolutely perfect! We were able to watch our Phillies play on tv without having to get out! The beautiful view of the canal was a bonus. The location was perfect for all beaches and any needs we had (shopping, restaurants, etc). The house was stocked with everything we needed and was very clean! Scott was easily accessible for communication and promptly answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend his beautiful home!

Enjoyed our stay!

This is a great property. Quiet neighborhood which we wanted and yet close enough to everything we needed. Owner is available and helpful and on top of any problem immediately! Well stocked with everything needed. Comfortable beds. Plenty of storage areas for your things!! We were blessed with great weather to enjoy the beautiful lanai! We hope to be back next year to enjoy again!

Big House with some pros & cons

Pros - large enough house that accommodated all 6 of us well. The house was stocked with toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels. It sounds funny, but, we have stayed in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area 14 times and this was the first house stocked with all of the above items. Location was great with easy access to Del Prado and Vererans Memorial Highway. The owner was also kind enough to let us check out at 10am instead of 9am.Cons - We were told we could get in at 2:30pm. We got there at 3:45pm and the cleaning crew was still there. They told us to wait in the pool area until they finished. At 4:30pm, I went in to see how much longer they would be and they had left without telling us they were done. There was still food bits on the kitchen floor and outside under the table. The master bathroom sink drains VERY slowly. There were ants in 3 of the rooms. The biggest con - there is a massive tree in the neighbors’ yard that blocks the entire pool from 11:30am-4:30pm. The pic on the VRBO page must’ve been taken a long time ago because the tree is significantly larger. While that might be great for June-August, it was terrible for January. The pool water was never warm enough to swim in due to that shade even on the 2 days we had where it was 75 and 77. All in all, it was a good stay, but, the lack of ability to use the pool was a big drawback to me. We would only stay at this house again if we were to come ba k in the Summer months.

Nette Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft hat das gehalten, was sie versprochen hat. Leider haben wir bei der Ankunft noch verschmutztes Geschirr vorgefunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.

Lovely spacious home on Cape Coral canals

I really enjoyed staying in this vrbo. Scott’s house was spacious and roomy and was as described in the listing. My family really enjoyed the heated pool and lovely views of the canals. I would suggest that perhaps it’s time for some new linens and towels in the house as some of them are looking a little worn and stained. Other than that very small gripe my family and I had a wonderful time and would be happy to book this home again!

Great Outside Area - Nice size for a group

My overall rating is 4 stars. I would recommend this property for sure. There were more positives than negatives, I just could not do 5 stars for a few things. Positives: *outside area was great *nice pool- heated *large covered area *quiet on the canal *communication with the host was good. We had a few things to clear up and he was very responsive and corrected what needed to be fixed. *I messed up on the check out time and the cleaners graciously gave us a bit more time. Things needing improvement: *We were supposed to check in at 3pm. Cleaners were still there and we did not get in until 5pm. When I contacted the host I was told the cleaning crew was running behind. It would have been helpful to get a heads-up. We made it work. *There was a lack of supplies; garbage bags, soap, toilet paper. The host said it was going to be delivered the next day, but it did not arrive until the day we were leaving.We had to purchase our own.The host did give us a credit on our bill for the inconvenience. *When we got to the house we noticed the pool was really cloudy and had quite a bit of sand in it. It also did not feel like it was heated. I contacted the host again and the response I got was that the "sand should be expected, it is FL". Wasn't a fan of that, but the pool guy was out ASAP in the am and got it all cleared up and It was great. Rent this as the host is on it if there are issues and the outside space is totally worth it.

Family vacation

This place was perfect for my adult children and my mother and me. Enough room to move about and the lanai was very spacious. Scott was helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place. The weather could have been a little warmer. lol

Family Vacation

The stay was great. The home was beautiful and perfect for my family. Me, my wife, 3 kids (20, 16, 14) and my 20 year old's friend. We enjoyed days by the pool and took trips to local beaches a few times. It was a great, peaceful setting. The home was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we wanted. Will hopefully stay here again. The Fort Myers area was rough though. They are still dealing with so much devastation from last year's hurricane. We were happy to be able to bring in some tourist money on our trip, but it's obvious that some of the area that must have been a bustling strip, is just shells of buildings.

The house had everything we could possibly need

Great location. Nice dock area. Pool was perfect. Plenty of outdoor seating under the covered patio. Layout worked for our family. I would’ve given it 5 stars but the master bed was broken. There middle sagged. Looks like they tried to fix it with a 2x4 but it didn’t help. If the bed was working properly, I’d say it was perfect. Owner communications were great. We’d stay again if that was addressed.

Cape Coral

We loved the house. The pool was great and the outdoor patio space was our main entertainment area for the week. The bedrooms are big and comfy and it was nice being able to pull car into gsrage. A quick drive to the beach and the food around town is awesome. We highly recommend going to Pelicans, beat snow cones in Florida.

Excellent Home!

My husband, 4 boys and myself had the most amazing vacation at this house! Scott the owner was awesome getting back to us when we had questions. The house is great! I can’t go on enough about the back patio/pool area. We were there majority of the time! The sunsets were breathtaking! The house had everything we needed. We plan on returning to the home again we loved it so much!
