Honestly, this place has such amazing potential ---there is a ton of space for a big crowd and it's in a great area...but outside of that, I have nothing positive to say and would never stay here again. It's unclean and unkept, there's so much missed maintenance that it's unsafe and uncomfortable, and the hosts are unprofessional and awful to deal with. I can tell from years of positive reviews that this hasn't always been true--but if you stay here you'll find that these hosts are the type who do not reinvest in their property. They and leave ice makers broken, smoke detectors unplugged, and water filters in need of replacement. There's filth and dirt inside kitchen cabinets and drawers, grime on walls and floors, mold (and used soap) on the shower stalls...and very clear evidence that their cleaners do not turn over all of the beds between guests. Shortly after checking in we found a bottle cap in an unused bed in one of the kids rooms--then we found a prior guest's used filthy underwear in the drawer of the same room. Afterwards we found dirt and droppings in the kitchen cabinets (where the "clean" dishes are kept) and filth in and around all of the utensils. As we looked around we found that the walls, floors, and corners of all the walls were filthy. It was just so incredibly uncomfortable to stay there. It felt gross.Their fix--after taking forever to respond --was to send their same "cleaners" to disrupt our stay. These guys shouldn't be hosting anything, ever.
