The construction across the street was a bit loud and did start at 7am but then wasn’t bad. Property was very nice!

Awesome property!

This condo was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and neat. I especially liked that the balcony only got a little sun and the breeze on the 19th floor was wonderful. I would stay here again.

Overall enjoyed the condo in cherry grove.

Reservation and check in was simple. The listing was misleading in that access to the pier was not included with the rental. Very disappointing. The beds are not comfortable and floors are dirty (dont go barefooted or in sock feet as they will be black). Otherwise it was a very nice stay. Great views.

Short stay

When we checked in the staff member was not friendly at all . Did not give any instructions as to where we needed to go until we went back to ask after having issue locating our room . She appeared bothered to even help us . Not asking for over the top friendliness but at least they could be pleasant. Not sure we would stay there again . The first person you interact with can definitely set the tone your experience.

Fantastic views!

Upside - great views, clean & love staying on the B side with the parking garage. Check in was easy & we were called about 3 hours early saying our room was ready. Downside - 3 coffee makers but no toaster (we bought & left one), 4 balcony chairs were filthy, one was broke. Couldn’t get the TV to work in the living room & of the 3 vanity lights in the bathroom, one was burnt out & one flashed bright & dim. Both hot tubs on the sundeck were not working & no paper towels, trash bag & toilet paper as promised. That said, all minor inconveniences; I’d stay here again.

Never again

The TV in guest room didn't work. Hair dryer didn't work. Sand still on the floor when we arrived. Dishes were cracked or missing. Pans were awful. Sink in kitchen needs replaced. Only thing good was view on the balcony. Oh and elevators down for an hour. Also tubs were too deep with no hand rail. I am handicapped. Never stay again.

Ocean getaway

This was a reasonably priced much needed OCEAN Getaway. Everything was exactly as described. Both the property and the unit were CLEAN. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need from pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. We would DEFINITELY rent this unit again. Note - The property management company was - meh. The girl who checked us in was rude. She didn’t include the unit keys and when I was looking at her confused holding the garage keycard, she muttered something about me under her breath and rolled her eyes. She said just give me the envelope and I’ll show you. Then she realized the unit keys were missing. So check that you have everything before you leave the office when you check in.

Lovely condo

The condo was awesome, very nice decor and plenty of extras (electronics, tools, blankets, cooking accessories). VERY lovely scenic view from balcony. ⚠️ I was surprised by the add on costs for sheets & towels, the fact that amenities (soap, toilet paper) were not included, and that we were required to remove all trash at end of stay

Great place overall

Wonderful unit, beautifully decorated. Only complaints I have are the gates in the parking deck. On two different occasions the exit gate would not open. There needs to be a button to push to alert for help. I had to exit through the entrance gate. It’s very difficult if you are by yourself and have to swipe your card for the entrance gate to open and run back to your car and make it through it before the bar comes down. This needs some work. If it were to happen to an elderly person it would be really bad. I also had to swipe my card for someone because their key wouldn’t work. There’s not enough room in the parking deck for someone to turn around if they can’t get through and traffic just backs up. Other than this, wonderful place and wonderful stay.
