115 Barrington Court is a pet friendly villa featuring serene views of the grounds with the sounds of the ocean just through the palms. A large balcony is accessed from the living room and primary bedroom where you can enjoy morning coffee, meals or relax in the sun with a glass of wine listening to the waves crash on the beach just footsteps away.

The kitchen is well stocked if you'd like to cook including both Keurig and drip coffee makers to perk you up in the morning. The unit has a washer and dryer, full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/range, microwave and there are charcoal grills available by the pool.

The living space includes plenty of seating, full size dining table and a large comfy couch facing the 65" TV. All TV's throughout are equipped with YouTubeTV and Roku for access to additional streaming options.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed, 50" TV, and tile bath with walk in shower and seat. The second bedroom features two queen beds, 42" TV and access to the hall bath with tub/shower combination.

Manicured grounds, native live oaks, palmettos and a lagoon with an observation deck and benches surround the pool area. The large oceanfront pool (heated seasonally) has extensive sunbathing decks and a covered gazebo with two grills, counters and seating for picnics. There are adjacent bathrooms and an enclosed poolside hot tub. Paved walkways lead to two private boardwalks over the sand dunes to the beach. Convenient showers are available to wash off after a sandy day at the beach.
