The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom condo at Barrington in Palmetto Dunes. Take in sounds of the ocean from the oversized balcony and walk to the Atlantic in under a minute. Inside, relax in the spacious (and bright) living room, enjoy family meals in the full kitchen or catch up on sleep in the large bedrooms (a king and two queen beds in the other). Catch some sun by the resort style pool and relax oversized hot tub. Enjoy coastal living at its finest, promising comfort and the Island get away you have been looking for. Escape to Hilton Head Island by booking your stay today.

We have been going to HHI for over 15 yrs so we always enjoy our time there. Property was fine & as advertised. Being after Labor Day, the area was pretty quiet and plenty of room at the pool.

Property appears in listing to be renovated but there was just some cosmetic work done. Bathrooms just had painted vanities but need a remodel. Toilet clogged, sinks don’t drain well. Water in condo smells. Bring a filter or bottled water. Beds are very firm - some like that but I work up with horrible back pain every morning. Condo above is very loud. Every time they opened the sliding doors upstairs it sounded like loud thunder. Lastly, our phones were in SOS mode with no service for most of the stay. Property grounds were fair to good. Beach was fantastic. Walkway was super close. Pool area lounge chairs and ground were crawling with little ants. Overall we enjoyed our family time. Furniture in condo is cute decor style and we were able to overlook the flaws. Would have expected more/better for the price.

Communication with host was quick. The initial code did not work for entry. A new code was given right away. The smell in the condo was horrible. The bathrooms need updating and toilets need replaced. The carpet in the master bedroom was filthy. The patio furniture table was deteriated. Nice Beachside Location

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach. Although the balcony doesn't offer an ocean view, we were treated to a pretty landscape, calming breezes, and charming visits from deer every morning and evening. Communication with the rental company was seamless and efficient, making our experience even more pleasant. The condo was well-maintained, though the bathrooms could benefit from some updates and the carpets might need replacing soon. However, the rental price was fair considering these points. The beds were comfortable and the living room provided a cozy space to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed (though, we didn't cook much), and the air conditioning worked well. Access to the property was straightforward and hassle-free. A notable perk was the use of their locker in the parking garage. It was so convenient not to have to carry chairs and boards up to the condo or down to the car. Although they provided chairs and boards, we had brought our own, and this amenity was a significant plus. One downside was the noise from the unit above, which sounded like furniture was being dragged across the floor at odd hours. It went on most of the week. Despite this, our overall experience was highly enjoyable. I would rent the condo in the future.
