The Red Haven at Conneaut Lake

Sunday to Sunday summer rentals available. Brand new interior with an open floor plan for your enjoyment at Conneaut Lake. It’s a beautiful spot for a family week long vacation (or longer) or a couples get away. We have all new appliances., 3 bedrooms (1queen, 1 full, 2 twins) and a sleeper sofa that will sleep 2, 3 or 4. There are 2 baths (master bath has a jacuzzi tub/guest bath has a tub/shower. All linens and bathroom towels are provided. Beach privileges are now included in the nightly rental rate.

Enjoyable stay

The Red Haven was clean, comfortable and in a good neighborhood. We stayed a week (7/14-4/21/2025) and it was excellent! All in the house had a fine time!

A Gem of a Place!

This was such a lovely home, very clean and updated and had everything we needed! The backyard was perfect with the fire pit and beautiful trees. The beds were comfortable, it was a nice neighborhood closeneighborhoodneighborhood

Allegheny Graduation

We booked this house to stay in during the graduation ceremonies for Allegheny College. It was perfect!!!. The house was clean and well stocked - we loved the treat basket. The living room and beds were super comfy and the kitchen/dining area was just right for our extended family get together. We easily were able to go back and forth to Allegheny for baccalaureate and the graduation ceremony. We all enjoyed relaxing by the fire and making smores after the festivities were all over. The house had everything we needed including firewood and marshmallow sticks! The lake was a quick walk or bide ride away and we went down as often as we could.We will definitely be back to stay again when we are in the area.

We enjoyed out time in Conneaut this weekend spending time with our son and his family. Our house was beautiful, clean and beautifully decorated. It was also a perfect location, close to everything. Our private beach was the best!!! Thank you

Nice escape to the Lake

The Red Haven was very nice to stay in. Clean and cozy. Great location and access to Conneaut Lake via Hazel Park. Nice place to escape to for a few days with the family.

Fantastic

We did a weekend stay for family functions and everything was wonderful the property was spot on and extremely clean the owners are wonderful people and definitely think about the guests from the little welcome basket and communication about the property. We do a yearly trip to this area and this is the first time as we were leaving that we all said we want this house next year. Debi and Tom are wonderful hosts and even checked in with me to make sure all was well! Thank You!

Perfect Conneaut Lake getaway!

We rented this property Red Haven for our family to be able to attend our daughter’s graduation from Allegheny College. We checked in Friday night with ease after driving from Pittsburgh. We found the cottage clean and beautifully decorated with fresh airy Lakeside decor. After ordering pizza from Pizza Joe’s (right down the street) we relaxed and settled in. The cottage had everything we needed. Clean sheets, fresh towels, and plenty of kitchen necessities. the instructions for care of the property were clearly marked and the smart TV was easy to use. The sofa bed in the living room was an exciting feature for our teens who were able to all lay down and relax to watch their favorite streaming channel. After attending commencement ceremony on Saturday, we had a few of our daughters roommates along with their parents and grandparents over for an intimate gathering. We built a a fire in the fire pit and roasted hot dogs and s’mores! Our younger children rode their bikes down to the Lake and were able to fish. They had a blast. We had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay here at Red Haven again. I would highly recommend this place to future families of Allegheny College who are visiting their children as it is only a 20 min drive away. We may be back for another getaway soon and stay a bit longer.

Red Haven, great little setup.

The place is set up really well for meeting friends or family with bedrooms separated by common space. We had a great weekend even though rainy. Would have loved to hang out by the fire pit.

Genuinely 5 Star Stay

I have stayed in many vacation rentals with a 5 star rating and not all 5's are equal. Red Haven is a genuine 5 star home. It was immaculate. The home is well cared for inside and out. Everything was relatively new and in excellent working order with clear, thoughtful instructions located throughout the home. Anything you could possibly need could be found easily in a logical place in the home. The beds were comfortable. The size of the home was perfect. The location was right where I needed it. The neighborhood was lovely. There is a restaurant and gas station/convenience store within walking distance and a nice selection of restaurants within a short drive. Communication with the owners was perfect. They were easily reachable and responded quickly if not immediately to all of my texts. And I was there in the winter - I can only imagine how wonderful it would be to stay at Red Haven in the summertime!

Home for the holidays

The Red Haven was a great place to stay on our trip north to visit family and friends over the Thanksgiving holiday. The hosts were very accommodating and we felt at home.

Great Place!

Had a wonderful stay. Clean, so cute, all one floor, close to nightlife, entertainment, and the lake. Fire pit is perfect. Host is nearby and responsive to anything you might need.

Wedding Weekend Getaway
