450 sq. Foot Studio ( converted garage)in hills of Glassell Park . Sleeps up to 4 people comfortably (NO CHILDREN PLEASE). It has its own private entrance, bathroom and patio area. The studio has a queen bed and queen sofa sleeper, portable A/C and heater, fridge, microwave and Closet space. Pool/deck access 12pm-6pm (Pool heated April 1-Nov.1)
The house sits on a very quiet street atop the Glassell Park hills with beautiful views.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE ROOM.
NO OUTSIDE GUEST OR VISITORS

Ricky was very responsive and welcoming. The place was easy to find and it was quick and easy to get in. They had already started warming it up for us! We loved the overall vibe of the place and really enjoyed spinning some of our favorite records from their collection on the turntable. Also, great location close to nice restaurants and places we needed to go. Near freeways but peaceful with an amazing view.

Very pleasant stay!

I stayed here for a weekend trip for 3 nights. It was a very nice place to stay. Mostly quiet with nice views. Would recommend!

Cool place good location

Creative space, garage turned living area. Clean comfortable. What was negative for us was although the deck and pool was available to us the owners wanted us to let them know when we would like to use the area so that they could clear out and remove their dogs. I totally understand that but to be honest it kinda made us feel like we were intruding. So we didn’t even bother using it. The biggest thing by far was in our living area we could literally hear every footstep, door shutting, hogs walking around and most days it was till well after 11 pm. Pretty frustrating. I was surprised that other reviews did not mention this. Again nice people, cool place but I will stick with a private non connected rental.

Perfectly located to explore L.A.!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in the hilltop guest suite! It was easy to access, the decor was very cool, and the hosts were highly communicative and easy to work with. Great location as home base to visit the observatory, attend a concert, or explore.

I was intrigued by the pics in the listing, but was disappointed in everything. There were cobwebs on the walls, ceiling, and bathroom complete with live spiders and centipedes.The gap inbetween the garage door probably didn't help with the bugs, but the amount of things that were overlooked was disgusting. The buildup of dust had to have taken weeks, and I would be embarrassed to let someone in my home if it looked like that let alone rent it out to anyone. Vents were caked with dust and the air conditioning unit was too. There is no way that this place has ever been professionally cleaned ever and it's insulting to charge a $100 cleaning fee.

Read carefully

Hi yes the listing completely at the end says the pool area is available from noon to 6pm only but the tittle of the listing puts to much attention to it that you think it’s available at al times . A lot of broken things in the apartment you need to note everything and take pictures to make sure you are not charged for it . Air condition extremely noisy and hard to sleep with it leaving it on . Bed not confortable at all. And the place was not very clean a lot of dust everywhere Location was Great

Perfect For Our Stay

The space suited our party of 3 nicely. It was clean with all of the usual amenities supplied. You may get some noise from outside, birds and an occasional passing car. It wasn't a big deal. Centrally located for our destinations.
