This charming Casita is perfect space for a couple. The name perfectly describes this homes décor! Sunsets and palms give the perfect feel for this beautiful St George getaway. The living area and kitchen is one open space. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gorgeous island that provides seating for four. The living area is a perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying one another. Enjoy your favorite program on the flat screen Smart TV. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. You will notice the sunset décor continues throughout this home. The bathroom is separate and includes a washer/dryer unit.

Want to enjoy the real sunset. Head to the patio and enjoy an amazing view of the red mountains. While enjoying the Barbequ and outdoor seating area.

The Sunset and Palms Casita is a part of a larger unit which gets rented out separately, Has its own entrance and is an upstairs unit.

Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming cottage you get a discount.
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
Check in is 4 pm. check out is 11am. Early check in and extended check out options are based on availability and fees may be included. Please talk with the onsite property manager to take advantage of this benefit.
The day before your arrival date you will get an email from Desert Sky with the entrance door code. This code is specific to you for your safety and security.

Great Place to stay, small but perfect for 2 people (there is a pull-out lounge for 2 more guests if needed) well stocked, very new, clean, we loved the pool area and close to everything in St George. Would definitely stay again

Fun in the Hot Desert Sun

Just what my daughter’s and I needed. A quick getaway to enjoy some much needed pool time. The casita was simple and clean. And the mini golf + lazy river at sundown was the best. Thank you!

Good location and nice house fully equipped except for some coat hangers in the closets which would be good to have a few available. Kirk, at the office was very responsive and courteous when I had questions.

Weekend get away

The casita was perfect for my husband and I! Very clean and quiet with everything we needed. It was just as described. The pools were warm and enjoyable, it was nice to be able to be in the sunshine! The only thing I would say is the pool area needed new patio furniture. The loungers seemed ok with the exception of one that was sun rotted and unusable but left out to be used, many of the chairs around the tables were falling apart. Overall the property was nice and clean and a nice place to stay.

Beautiful property, excellent view!

We had a wonderful time at the Sunsets and Palms casita! The view was amazing, the casita was beautiful inside and out. It was close to all our favorite outdoor adventures. Proximity to SGU airport was very convenient. The king bed was super comfy. The outdoor space with bbq grill was an added bonus. The washer and dryer made it easy to pack light. We would stay here again and would recommend it for a couple looking for a nice get away.

Quiet spot, beautiful view

We really enjoyed this vrbo on our first trip to the St. George area. Located in a planned community, the pool facility was very nice, the townhome very new and easy to get back into town. Very quiet location, very comfortable accommodations.

Newer unit and Great location

Very cute newer area 1 bedroom with a pullout couch. It is smaller but perfect especially since we were out exploring the area during the day. It has two TVs, bathing necessities, board games, I think I saw a pack-n-play in a closet and has washer and dryer in the unit. The multiple pool are great, my 7 year old loved the slide and lazy River. My 17 year old loved the pool basketball court. We were 10 minutes from Sand Hollow Lake and 10 minutes from the UTV rental place near amazing trails and sand dunes. We watched fireworks from Dixie which was about 15 mins away. There was construction on the premises going on but did not bother us one bit. Perfect location, will definitely book here again!

Cool new place

This brand new place was a great size for our family of 4. Beautiful shower with the washer/dryer right in front of it so it’s perfect for coming home from swimming. The pools are awesome and not packed like other hotels/resorts. Stucki Farms is going to be a hit.

Great Spot

This is a great spot for couples or small families. It is brand new so there are still some kinks to work out like the address not showing up on google maps which led to us driving around lost after midnight. Not having a fitted sheet or a sheet to sleep with under the comforter was also weird, but all things that can be easily corrected. I also think the bedroom would be much better off with a queen size as the king left so little room to get around. Otherwise, nice quiet area with nice community pool, slide, lazy river, etc. Host was very responsive and helped get us a pack-n-play for our little girl which was a huge help.
