The Desert Oasis features a full kitchen, living room (with TV, entertainment center, and seating), dining for 4, granite countertops, and a separate bedroom with king bed, dresser, nightstands, and TV. It has a bathroom with spacious shower, granite countertop, walk-in closet, washer, and dryer.

1 King bedroom and ensuite.
Rent independently or as part of an 8-bedroom, 10-bath villa. The casita is above the garage with separate entrance and parking.
High-speed internet and USB charging outlets.
Tankless water heater and water softener.
The villa and casita are 50 feet from the Farmhouse Welcome Center, including resort lap pool, lazy river, and 18-hole mini golf.

Nice, clean place

The place was very cute and clean with some fun amenities on the property. The pool was not heated yet but it looks like a super fun place in the warmer months! The only negative was the fold out bed was broken so we had to prop it up with pillows and cushions to be able to use it and the bathroom light couldn’t be used because it was strobing. We spoke with the property manager about these issues and he was very kind and responsive about it. We loved being removed from the busy areas of St. George during a holiday weekend but it was still only a short drive if we wanted to go restaurants and stores.

Not what I expected or seen on Vrbo

The location was good, couldn't get in for several hours, code didn't work, couldn't get a hold of anyone for awhile. Bedroom and Bathroom were clean, mugs and some dishes were still very dirty didn't look like the dishes were clean. I thought this was floor level, not up stairs.

Was OK

It started poorly when I asked the question of hosting there was any exercise equipment or fitness center, which there is not. More importantly if didn’t get an answer after a week until I had to ask the question again. The next issue was at checkin, simply die to the fact that the property is a lockout and the arrangement of the doors is weird. It was 10:30 at night and I was just happy the host answered and explained. It appears this is a common problem and should be added to checkin instructions. The next issue came when the garage remote wasn’t in the unit as it was said to be. I messaged the host about this and was never answered. Also the unit is up two flights of stairs, which wasn’t an issue for us, but could be for some. It’s a nice 1 bedroom but even though it is newer, the kitchen faucet is loose, 1/2 the bathroom lights were out and another was flickering and had to be turned off. Also the bed needs nightstands. The biggest positive are the pool and hottub.

Clean and modern

Nice space, though a little tight, especially in kitchen area. It was clean and well provisioned. It’s an upstairs unit so be prepared to climb stairs. Utility could be improved by adding nightstands in the bedroom and a coffee table in the living room. Nice pool within walking distance.

Nice little casita for small family

The community pool is very fun and a nice perk. The casita is clean, quiet and a newer build. The check-in is a bit confusing because there are multiple doors with the same property number, but otherwise it’s a great stay.

Spring break stay

This was the perfect spot for pur family to stay and was even much closer than we thought to other destinations we had planned. Everything was nice, neat, and clean.

Ideal accomadations

We have never found anything that fit our family’s needs as well as this property. It was the right size with the right amount of bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was ideal for feeding 20 people. We enjoyed our stay very much.

St. George Condo

It was a nice place, I enjoyed my stay, but here are a couple issues: The bottom sheets were not fitted so they didn't stay tucked in (they were hard to sleep on because they bunched up); shower door needs adjusting; striker plate on inside stairway door needs to be adjusted and no toaster.
