Cozy Home in Baltimore

This is so classic, when a guest does not follow house rules, leaves others in charge and does not own up to their responsibilities and lies. Octavia, had a wedding shower event. I asked her prior to her check-in whether or not she was having an event because I do charge a different rate for events. She said no. When I returned home, my door was left open, trash was over flowing from the trash can and house rules were not followed and I had a broken wireless router. I immediately reached out to the guest thus the bad review from them. I got a story about her leaving her daughter in charge because she had an early flight to catch the next morning. I have filed a claim, but would not rent to Octavia or guests again. They do not respect your property and were not good guests at all. She has nothing bad to say about my home, because it was clean and had all the amenities stated online. I have had nothing but 5 star reviews from guests prior to Octavia. It is just a shame when folks do not take responsibility and respect other peoples homes.
