Looking for a 5 month rental for this summer. Or a 30 day minimum stay please. June through October. Priced for long term rentals. A cozy two Bedroom one bathroom, with shower and tub. Fully Furnished, Air conditioning, Fire T. V. Stick, Netflix.1000 Square feet. Has that nice cabin feel. Bedroom reading light. Four person Hot Tub. BBQ, Picnic table, Large bench seating back patio area. High speed Internet. Computer office & business desk with printer. Kitchen has a new look. Outdoor security light in front of cabin. Dish Network T.V. over 240 channel's. 100 DVD movies, with surround sound, F. M. stereo. Pets welcome. Cat / Doggie door. Second bedroom is also a awesome stereo room with C.D. player. Including blue tooth wireless speaker's accessed by your smart phone. Sedona is only a 40 min. drive away. Grand Canyon, hour and a half away. Phoenix, one and a half hour drive. Popular shopping area is only 10 min. away. Bring your hammock . Relax and enjoy your stay. Once you get here you won't want to Leave. offering months June, July, August, September, October. 2025. One month stay's are welcome. 30 day rental minimum. Jerome Ghost town about an hour away. Monument Valley, two hour drive. Come on up to the cool country and enjoy it all.

Great place to enjoy the beautiful weather in Flagstaff!

Beautiful cabin in great location. Short drive to Flagstaff. Great hiking trails close by. Cabin is dog friendly with nice fenced backyard. All the amenities to make you feel right at home. We look forward to going again!

Cute A-Frame in the Pines

Cute cabin with tall pines in cool Mountainaire community near Flagstaff. Andy was available whenever we had questions. Lots of amenities including a hot tub and BBQ grill. Only a 12 minute drive to downtown Flagstaff. Recommended.

Great if you don’t cook

Andy was great and very responsive but the refrigerator wasn’t working which made meals a challenge. Everything else was as listed and fine. Estella laundry excellent for wash and fold!

Mountianaire Cabin

This is a small A frame cabin located 5+ miles south of Flagstaff in the Mountainaire area among the Pondersosa pines. It was just the right size for my wife and I as a base for our trip to find potential property to buy in the Flagstaff area. Andy, our host was very helpful. The cabin itself was clean but some of the accessories, such as pillows, were not so we bought some. Not a big deal. The bedrooms are upstairs and the single bathroom is downstairs. That made for some interesting journeys down the stairs in the middle of the night. We enjoyed the hot tube under the stars which helped relieve the stress from our property shopping. If you appreciate functional funky as we do, you will enjoy your stay at this property.

Awesome Cabin Getaway

Andy was a fantastic host! Very welcoming into his home and gave us a through check in so our stay would be amazing. Very clean home and fully stocked with anything and everything you would need! Just a short drive from downtown Flagstaff and access to the Coconino National Forrest right in the neighborhood! 5/5 would recommend stay here at Andy's place!

Better than we expected!

My husband and I, and our 2 dogs, decided to stay in Flagstaff for a month to escape the heat! This little cabin was the perfect choice! It’s even cuter than the pictures showed on VRBO. Andy met us there on arrival and was more than kind. He made us feel welcome and made sure that all of our questions were answered. It was clean and tidy and the bed was super comfortable. The backyard is adorable and we brought hammocks with us to hang. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very cute. Close to beautiful trails and open meadows. Also very close to town and a city park across the highway. We highly recommend Andy’s cabin!!

Loved the peaceful location

Andy was a great host, available whenever I had a question or needed some help. Property is as shown. Very peaceful, friendly neighborhood! The doggie door was great for the dog, only I wish I knew about the foxtails out back. Had me concerned. Spa was a very nice plus. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Great place!

We were very impressed with the cabin. All the necessities needed. Area was very quiet, no loud cars, trucks or people. Area was also very safe. Being off the main highway there was no extra traffic just looking or prowling. Closeness to Flagstaff made it simple to visit and dine at the many great eating places. Owner was very thorough when showing the cabin and did not bother during the stay. The temperatures there were MUCH better than Phoenix, even chilly in the morings. Even though we had no a/c, it was not needed. Cabin stayed cool all day and we could open windows at night. NO BUGS. We would definitely consider staying here again, perhaps longer next time.

Quiet cozy cabin

Easy checkin, very nice property owner Andy welcomed me and showed me the house. He was very available for any issues (a few minor). Neighborhood was quiet. Overall, the cozy cabin was a great getaway!
