Condominio de lujo en el fresco Arizona del Norte Pines cerca de Continental Country Club

Thank you for the review. With night-time temperatures in Flagstaff (even during the hottest summer days) dropping to the low 50s, most people will not need AC. We only installed the portable AC during July & August, so inside temperatures during the afternoon hours (3-6pm) can be managed. It will not cool the place to 70 degrees on a 85-degree day, but it will cool it and keep the temperature at around 80 degrees during the hottest time of the day. Once the temperatures start dropping in the early evening open the windows and use the box fans to blow cold air into the condo and you will need a blanket in the morning to keep you warm :)

I do live in the Phoenix Metro area, just happened to have been in Europe, while these guests were staying at our place. I should have known that they would be challenging , when they wanted to have three pre-stay phone conferences to go over every little detail (when we already provide prior to check-in a very detailed, several-page property and area overview). Bottom line, if you cannot figure out how to properly use the bed sheets without the help of a concierge, you should better stay in a hotel.
