Nice Place

2 blocks from Hollywood BLVD, was able to walk to it in less than 20min. It’s in the middle of everything, yet area is reasonably quite. Homelessness is in the area, but they don’t bother you. Had window units that did an amazing job keeping the house cool, house was well equipped. Had a 10,13,18yr olds and 2 adults. We were all pleased with the place. Would stay again 😄

Large Convenient Home

The home and single parking space were great. The house was in great condition and Ricardo was very responsive. The home has good security features including outdoor security lighting but the area is still gentrifying and unfortunately homelessness is a social issue that needs to be better addressed in many parts of LA including Hollywood. We did not have any issues but you should take into account your comfort levels and whether you want to walk around alone at night etc.

Away on business

I am not overly happy with the extended stay I had at this property. The address was incorrect that I was given first off. Parking was not explained to us. No street parking with a permit. We had 3 employees staying there on business which meant 3 cars. We were able to work it out but if I had known beforehand I would had chosen else where. The worst was the rat poop. We saw it often, even on our beds. This is unacceptable. This too should have been revealed to us beforehand. There were traps already there so they have known about the issues. The amount of money I spent at the is ridiculous under the circumstances. Would not recommend unless everything single thing is addressed and told to the customer upfront.

Close to Hollywood Walk of Fame

This house was close to everything we were wanting to do in Los Angeles. Hollywood Walk of Fame, Academy Museum, Warner Brothers Studio Tour, & beaches. Communications with the owner were great! Off street parking in front of the house, for one large or two small cars.

Great location!

The house is very clean on a quiet street. There is plenty of privacy. The location is walkable (or a short rideshare) to many of the tourist hot spots in Hollywood. Ricardo is very responsive and the house instructions are easy to understand. I would stay here again!

Location is everything!

As traveling muralists, we look forward to exploring new places and having access to cool, bars, restaurant ants, breakfast spots and the highway. This was not only in a great location, it was incredibly stylish. Did laundry with no problem. Walked around the area to grab coffee. Watch some tv after work and even had close access to Universal Studios when the mural was over. Not to shabby at all. Highly recommend this place for the nice owners and great work/explore balance experience. Two thumbs way up.

Retro Hollywood

We enjoyed the uniqueness of the property and very much loved the outdoor space. The location was great we walked to several restaurants in the area, and having off street parking was nice.

Great location to explore North LA

This house was an amazing base to explore Hollywood and the northern LA region. The place was very clean and with all the necessary furnishings for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is safe and quiet - with off-street parking behind a gate.

Great location!

The location was great! The house was clean. However, the house can use some renovations to modernize the rooms. There is also one tv in the whole house which meant we all had to watch the same thing. The door in the master bedroom needs to be locked with a more secure lock. There were lots of gnats in the house as well. We spent more time outside of the house, the two teenage girls did not like the house but I was fine with it. Definitely some renovations.

Very clean. Needs a few extras still

Beautiful and clean. Beds are comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with. The back patio needs spider webs removed. Me and my kids didn’t want to hang out outside because it was overwhelming. Construction next door was not too bothersome. Kitchen had a small square pan (maybe 8x8) to cook with. That was it. Struggled to cook for my family because of it. A few extras in the kitchen and this would be superb! Also some power strips to plug in phones since we can’t unplug anything would’ve been nice.

Perfect Place

The house was clean and comfortable. I stayed there with my two sons 21 and 17 and they loved it. Hollywood isn’t back to normal yet but this house was in a great area and as LA bounces back from the pandemic this location couldn’t be better.
