MAIN LIVING AREA (Kitchen/Dining/Living)
A set of stairs will lead you to the 2nd level main front entry. Once inside you'll be greeted by an open floorplan & oversized window looking out to white sandy beach & blue ocean views.

The living room includes a plush sofa bed that seats 3-4, a designer accent chair, & fun bean bag seat, LG SMART TV (with cable), wood flooring, ceiling fan, cozy electric fireplace, & dimmed recessed lighting. The adjacent kitchen is brand new & includes white cabinetry, modern white quartz counters, all new Frigidaire stainless steel appliances, & fully stocked with all kitchenware you need for a beach vacation. Off the kitchen is dining for 6 with a custom built-in bench seating + additional chairs.

Off the living room is a stackable washer/dryer and an all new full bath (tub/shower combo) with beautiful mosaic tile floors, quartz counters, & dimmable vanity mirror (super cool!).

BEDROOMS (Blue br + Sand br)
Off the hallway are 2 coastal themed br's, carefully designed with thoughtful touches. The Blue themed room is our premier ocean front br with whitewater views & perfectly compliments the beautiful blue ocean! This room comes equipped with an LG SMART TV (with cable), Queen size bed, dresser, & full size closet. The adjacent Sand themed room has light brown tones throughout, Queen size bed, SMART LG TV (with cable), dresser, & full size closet.

ROOFTOP SKY DECK
A favorite area of ours & ideal gathering spot to enjoy sunsets & unobstructed 180 degree sand/city/water views with your entire group! An exterior spiral staircase will lead you to your very own rooftop deck that is exclusive to this unit (not shared with other units in the building). Fully equipped with patio seating, BBQ, cozy fire pit, & shade umbrella.

PARKING
Parking includes 1-car garage (approx. dimensions 8'wide x 7'high x 16'deep), compact vehicles recommended. Additional parking options include street parking along Mission Blvd or in the various parking lots in Mission Beach (some paid, others free).

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• Reservation Confirmation | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes such items as arrival instructions, parking, wifi, local eats, & area attractions.
