I was able to book this house for our family Christmas celebration just a couple weeks beforehand. I think this property is usually rented as corporate/long term housing, but was so glad it was available for the 4 nights we were looking for. The 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds. The king suite in the basement was very spacious while the 2 double bed rooms upstairs were smaller and shared the small full bathroom in the hall. There were Roku tvs in all the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen had all the basics needed - pots/pans, glassware, dishes, good knives, variety of spices and a great blender. They were out of salt & pepper, but provided regular & decaf coffee & coffeemate and tea bags. The one way street had limited parking out front, so the 2 car detached garage in the alley was super convenient. We didn’t really use all the game tables in the basement, but a family with kids/teens would enjoy them. We did need to provide shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Not a big deal, but would have been helpful to know. All in all, this was a great spot! It packed a lot of conveniences in a relatively small space. It was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and conveniently located for us. The property managers were super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!!
