Malibu adjacent unique 2 bedroom gem and cottage studio set in the natural beauty of sprawling canyons, a short drive to the beach. Loads of vintage charm with tasteful modern upgrades, offering various environments where nature and comfort congregate harmoniously. Of particular enjoyment, a large dining room and spacious chairs inviting warm gatherings, a wood burning hearth disclaiming cold winter nights, CB2 Piazza sofa and two large swivel cuddlers to cocoon amidst a sea of pillows, all lending themselves to various configurations, and a front porch with a view. With large wall to wall mirrors, the house speaks of both space and coziness.

The property will welcome guests travelling with in-laws or grandmothers, babysitter/nanny, older children or couples sharing a vacation but needing their own privacy. Both homes and the property offer several universes in their own right. The secret garden in the back will take you on an olfactory journey amidst lavender, scented geraniums, mint, and native plants. A growing orchard, vegetable planters, herb garden, gazebo, small outdoor fitness area with a punching bag, an inverter table, and hammocks, sheltered by towering olive tree will expand your living outdoor beyond the inviting front porch and side terrace.
